The famous Russian pranker Vovan, who often plays stars and politicians, got through to the head of the State Automobile Inspectorate of Ukraine Vladimir Astapkovich.
Pranker introduced himself as the son of the President of Ukraine Viktor Viktorovich Yanukovych, the Facts reports. The chief traffic cop of the country admitted to the interlocutor that he has special blue business cards that are issued to especially close people. To date, representatives of the country's top leadership, SBU authorities have 932 business cards, business cards are issued on a team of ministers, on the command of the Prosecutor General Viktor Pshonka. But nobody sells business cards or sells them on behalf of Astapkovich’s relatives.
Vladimir Astapkovich assured “the president’s son” that he was “very worried about his department and wanted to create at least something from the skeleton, to give him important organs.” Also, the head of the traffic police asked pseudo-deputy Yanukovych to help with important bills in the Verkhovna Rada and admitted deep respect to the entire presidential family.
However, a little later Vladimir Astapkovich realized that he had been played. The head of the traffic police called Vova himself, and mistaking him for one of the Ukrainian journalists, he mildly warned the pranker that “these children’s games” would not lead to anything good and it’s time to finish “doing nonsense”.

Известный российский пранкер Вован, который часто разыгрывает звезд и политиков, дозвонился начальнику ГАИ Украины Владимиру Астапковичу.
Пранкер представился сыном президента Украины Виктором Викторовичем Януковичем, передают «Факты». Главный гаишник страны признался собеседнику, что имеет специальные синие визитки, которые выдаются особо приближенным людям. На сегодняшний день 932 визитки есть у представителей высшего руководства страны, начальства СБУ, визитки выдаются по команде министров, по команде генерального прокурора Виктора Пшонки. Но визитными карточками никто не торгует и не продает их от имени родственников Астапковича.
Владимир Астапкович уверял «сына президента» в том, что очень «переживает за свое ведомство и хочет слепить из скелета хоть что-то, дать ему важные органы». Также начальник ГАИ попросил у псевдодепутата Януковича помочь с важными законопроектами в Верховной Раде и признался в глубоком уважении ко всей президентской семье.
Впрочем, немного погодя Владимир Астапкович понял, что его разыграли. Начальник ГАИ перезвонил Вовану сам, и, приняв его за одного из украинских журналистов, в легкой форме предупредил пранкера, что «эти детские игры» ни к чему хорошему не приведут и пора заканчивать «заниматься дурью».
