Today, January 27, St. Petersburg celebrates the Day of the complete liberation of Leningrad from the blockade. Vladimir Putin has already arrived in the city; the president will take part in the celebrations. And our story is only about one of the defenders of the hero city.
The Great Patriotic War is a tragedy for most peoples of the world. Each Soviet, and later Russian family, keeps the memory of the war against fascism, each family has its own heroes, its victims and its victories. Today, on the day of the 70th anniversary of the lifting of the fascist blockade of Leningrad, I wanted to share our little family story.

It will be about the commander of the consolidated 54th detachment of partisans during the Great Patriotic War ...
Nikolai Alexandrovich Kirsanov was too young to participate in the first world and civil wars. In the mid-1920s, he enrolled in cavalry courses, which he graduated with honors. Teachers have repeatedly noted it, bordering on fanaticism, rigidity in communicating with colleagues and phenomenal stamina. After graduation, Nikolai was sent to further service in Turkestan, where gangs intensified at that time. In a word, to where it was required to restore order with an iron hand.
Soon, the young officer becomes deputy regiment commander. His diary is full of information about battles with bandits. The command notes its rigidity and intransigence both to the enemy and to the negligence of their own subordinate Red Army men. Often, Kirsanov “raised” a soldier with a fist or a stick. However, after the revolutionary tear, similar measures yielded positive results.
We read the diary of Nikolai Kirsanov: "... Today my detachment participated in the defeat of the Murza gang, the enemy had 11-fold superiority. The enemy was defeated, received thanks from the commander ..." Another episode of the diary, one in one repeats the famous execution of bandits in gorge in the legendary film "Officers".
Finally, the service in the sand came to an end. Asian barbarians were crushed by the power of the young Soviet republic. And Kirsanov with his wife, was sent for further service in Leningrad. In the city, Nikolai also did not sit idle. Combat skills and officer training were ideal for the country. Tension reigned in Europe: the Soviet Republic was preparing, with bayonets, to bring freedom to the workers and peasants of other countries. It was then that it is possible to date the formation of the first military experts, about which we could only hear massively during the KGB.
In the mid-30s, Nikolai Kirsanov received a position in OSOAVIAHIM. However, everyone understood that this was just a cover. In fact, preparations were underway throughout the country for war. Units and commanders signed, defense sections were appointed in case of an enemy advance.

Day X came on June 22, 1941. Kirsanov said goodbye to his wife and sons and left for the Leningrad Region, where he received the 54th partisan detachment (later the 54th combined partisan detachment) under command. The size of the detachment at the beginning of the war was 80 fighters.
After Hitler’s troops launched a new offensive on Kingisepp at the end of the first ten days of August (1941), and a few days later on Chudov’s lines, an immediate threat was created to Leningrad. Among the first to the Kingisepp direction on August 13, the 54th combined partisan detachment under the command of N.A. Kirsanova. He also acted in the Volosovo direction. Already on August 15, three scouts of the partisan detachment (evaluate the level of training), using silent rifles, exterminated two dozen Nazis. On August 18, they burned the fuel base. On August 19, the battle group of the 54th partisan detachment under the command of M.A. The Plesovskys raided a fascist airfield near the village of Ustye. During the raid, 26 enemy soldiers and officers, 8 bombers were destroyed, the headquarters of the aviation unit was burned.
In just the second half of August, at the very height of the Nazi advance on the Kingisepp direction, partisans of the 54th detachment destroyed 55 vehicles and exterminated more than 200 Nazis. Four times the detachment destroyed crossings in the area of the villages of Ustye and Izvoz, 35 times disabled the field communication of the enemy, taking with them about 7000 meters of wire.
On November 20, 1941, lists of awarded Soviet soldiers were published. By order of the troops of the Leningrad Front on behalf of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR for the valor and courage shown in the partisan struggle in the rear of the German invaders, Nikolai Alexandrovich Kirsanov was awarded the Order of Lenin.
The further struggle of the 54th partisan detachment was not documented. There was a war, Leningrad was surrounded, a blockade began. There was no news of the commander of the 54th partisan detachment, and it was hard to imagine that they could report him to the besieged city.

Much later, the surviving participants of the 54th detachment were able to talk about his future fate. Being the most successful detachment operating in the Kingisepp direction, Kirsanov's detachment was a "bone in the throat" to the advancing German troops. The fanatical Nazis organized a real hunt for partisans of the detachment and its commander. The detachment was scattered, a small group with Nikolai Kirsanov (already wounded) was surrounded and burned alive in the forests near Volkhov.

Великая Отечественная война - это трагедия для большинства народов мира. В каждой советской, а позднее российской семье, хранится память о войне с фашизмом, у каждой семьи есть свои герои, свои жертвы и свои победы. Сегодня, в день 70-летнего юбилея со дня снятия фашистской блокады Ленинграда, я хотел поделиться нашей маленькой семейной историей.

Речь пойдёт о командире сводного 54-го отряда партизан времён Великой Отечественной Войны...
Николай Александрович Кирсанов был слишком молод для участия в первой мировой и гражданской войнах. В середине 1920-х годов он поступил на курсы кавалеристов, которые закончил с отличием. Преподаватели неоднократно отмечали его, граничащие с фанатизмом, жесткость в общении с сослуживцами и феноменальную стойкость. После окончания обучения Николай был отправлен для прохождения дальнейшей службы в Туркестан, где в это время активизировались банды. Словом, туда, где требовалось наводить порядок железной рукой.
Вскоре, молодой офицер становится заместителем командира полка. Его дневник пестрит сведениями о боях с бандитами. Командование отмечает его жесткость и непримиримость как к врагу, так и к нерадивости собственных подчиненных красноармейцев. Нередко, Кирсанов "воспитывал" солдат кулаком или палкой. Однако, после революционного раздрая, подобные меры дали свои положительные результаты.
Читаем дневник Николая Кирсанова: "... Сегодня мой отряд участвовал в разгроме банды Мурзы, у противника – 11-кратное превосходство. Враг был разбит, получил благодарность от командира..." Другой эпизод дневника, один в один повторяет знаменитый расстрел бандитов в ущелье в легендарном фильме "Офицеры".
Наконец, служба в песках подошла к концу. Азиатские варвары были задавлены мощью молодой Советской республики. А Кирсанов с супругой, был направлен для дальнейшей службы в Ленинград. В городе Николай тоже не сидел без дела. Боевые навыки и выучка офицера идеально подходили стране. В Европе царило напряжение: Советская республика готовилась на штыках принести свободу рабочим и крестьянам других стран. Именно тогда и можно датировать формирование первых военспецов, о которых массово мы смогли услышать только во времена КГБ.
В середине 30-х годов Николай Кирсанов получил должность в ОСОАВИАХИМ. Однако все понимали, что это - только прикрытие. На самом деле в масштабах всей страны велась подготовка к войне. Расписывались отряды и командиры, назначались участки обороны на случай наступления врага.

День "Х" наступил 22 июня 1941 года. Кирсанов простился с женой, сыновьями и отбыл в Ленинградскую область, где получил под командование 54-й партизанский отряд (позднее – 54-й сводный партизанский отряд). Численность отряда на начало войны составила 80 бойцов.
После того как гитлеровские войска перешли в конце первой декады августа (1941 года) в новое наступление на Кингисеппском, а через несколько дней на Чудовском направлениях, создается непосредственная угроза Ленинграду. В числе первых на Кингисеппское направление 13 августа был направлен 54-й сводный партизанский отряд под командованием Н.А. Кирсанова. Он также действовал и в Волосовском направлении. Уже 15 августа три разведчика партизанского отряда (оцените уровень подготовки), используя бесшумные винтовки, истребили два десятка гитлеровцев. 18 августа сожгли базу горючего. 19 августа боевая группа 54-ого партизанского отряда под командованием М.А. Плесовских совершила налет на фашистский аэродром у деревни Устье. В ходе налета было уничтожено 26 солдат и офицеров противника, 8 бомбардировщиков, сожжен штаб авиационной части.
Всего за вторую половину августа, в самый разгар наступления гитлеровцев на Кингисеппском направлении, партизаны 54-го отряда уничтожили 55 автомашин и истребили более 200 гитлеровцев. Четырежды отряд уничтожал переправы в районе деревень Устье и Извоз, 35 раз выводили из строя полевую связь врага, прихватив с собой около 7000 метров провода.
20 ноября 1941 года были опубликованы списки награжденных советских солдат. Приказом по войскам Ленинградского фронта от имени Президиума Верховного Совета Союза ССР за доблесть и мужество, проявленные в партизанской борьбе в тылу немецких захватчиков, Николай Александрович Кирсанов был награжден орденом Ленина.
Дальнейшая борьба 54-го партизанского отряда не отмечена документально. Шла война, Ленинград был окружен, началась блокада. Вестей о командире 54-го партизанского отряда не было, да и сложно было представить себе, чтобы о нём смогли сообщить в блокадный город.

Фанатичные гитлеровцы организовали настоящую охоту на партизан отряда и его командира. Отряд был рассеян, малочисленная группа с Николаем Кирсановым (уже раненым) была окружена и сожжена живьем в лесах под Волховом.
Преклоняюсь перед подвигом советского народа и его героев!
