Он подчеркнул, что созданное в кремлевской администрации Управление по борьбе с коррупцией призвано прежде всего профессионально и предметно заниматься анализом деклараций о доходах и расходах чиновников, назначаемых на должности указами президента, постановлениями правительства. Хотя оно имеет право проверить декларацию практически любого чиновника.
"Создание этого управления отнюдь не означает, что оно будет заниматься борьбой с коррупцией в масштабах всей страны". "Это просто невозможно: вообще не существует никакой волшебной таблетки, с помощью которой можно победить коррупцию за один день, или даже за один год, конечно нет", - отметил Иванов.
