Оператор видит изображение на мониторе и управляет процессом. На трубу, которая выходит из квартиры должника, устанавливается специальная заглушка. Через нее медленно вытекает только жидкость, но ничего более. Снять самостоятельно устройство нельзя, и это еще одно преимущество системы. Стоимость комплекта оборудования составляет 240 тысяч рублей. За 30 дней собственнику вручается соответствующее уведомление с просьбой погасить долг за ЖКУ. Затем ему дается еще неделя. Если за это время он ничего не изменится, переходим к кардинальной мере. Новый способ обещает стать более эффективным, чем отключение электроэнергии, поскольку в последнем случае находятся «умельцы», которые умудряются выйти из положения. А вот отсутствие возможности помыться и сходить в туалет вряд ли кто-то вытерпит. Мы не боимся, что нерадивые граждане начнут выкидывать содержимое ночных горшков из окон квартир. Подобного поведения не допустят другие жильцы, и это уже проверенный факт. К сожалению, мало кто из граждан понимает, что коммунальные услуги – это товар, за который нужно платить. Только долг жителей Юго-запада составляет 57 миллионов рублей. Причем, у 70% из них есть возможность отдать всю сумму.
