But, finally, enlightenment comes, thanks to independent investigations and courage of individual citizens of Russia and other countries, including private detectives and their voluntary assistants, as well as a number of new public associations and movements, with the participation of some parliamentarians who were not afraid to talk about the problem loudly, and not only in Russia, but already in Europe.

However, the problem - or rather, a whole range of problems - still exists, and it is still far from being resolved.
The help of private detectives and any honest citizen who cares about the future of our children and grandchildren and ourselves will be in demand in this area for a long time to come.

In July 1999, speaking at the 21st Special Session of the UN General Assembly, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Government V.I. By the end of the 90s of the XX century, according to Medvedeva and Shishova, the first stage of the demographic war in Russia was successfully completed. According to the conclusions of the most prominent psychiatrists, sex clearance programs undermine the children's psyche and slow down mental development. Accordingly, such children and adolescents fall into "risk groups". That is, the likelihood of their death from drug addiction, substance abuse, infection with sexually transmitted diseases and AIDS increases.
The increase in aggressiveness, inevitably associated with premature sexualization, leads adolescents to criminal communities, which again poses a threat to their lives. It is no coincidence that in the 90s of the twentieth century. mortality among boys and girls aged 15-19 increased by 50%. Since the treatment of schoolchildren by sex educators from medical and pedagogical schools began in Yaroslavl, the number of teenage sex crimes has tripled, and the number of venous diseases among teenagers has doubled.

"Commitment to the spirit and goals of the Cairo Conference" was witnessed (at the last session of the UN General Assembly on Population in New York in July 1999), not only in the speech of Deputy Prime Minister V.I. Matvienko, but also in the National Report presented at this session by Russia. Among the six national priorities of the demographic policy of the Russian Federation there is not a word about increasing the birth rate.

But then ALL SIX of these priorities include family planning. Among the main tasks of the state is indicated "ensuring the reproductive rights of citizens" (adoption of the genocidal "Law on Reproductive Rights").
In fact, a demographic war is unleashed against our country. We are dealing with a new generation war, which is waged according to the laws of information wars. This means that the main emphasis is on information, or rather, on the misinformation of the enemy.
These methods are many, but the basic principle is the same: that which brings destruction is served as a blessing. They talk about “reproductive health care”, “reproductive rights”, “safe motherhood”, “responsible parenthood”, and “healthy lifestyle”. By the way, the program for the destruction of the "inferior" in Nazi Germany was called very similarly - "Health of the Nation" .

It is noteworthy that the United States planned an increase of 75 million people by 2050. Based on these new plans, the Americans began to restructure educational policies: abolish sexuality and introduce "chastity programs" with a focus on marriage, marital fidelity and large families.
If we compare the expected population of Russia and America, it is easy to see that by 2050 there should be almost three times as many Americans (349 million compared with 121 million). And the United States may consider the demographic war to be successfully completed. After that, Russia can be taken with bare hands, because a threefold superiority in population guarantees victory over the enemy. This is known to any military. And even more so - to American strategists who are developing plans for "demographic correction."
