Foreign detectives will teach Russian how to be friends with the law
In Yalta, private detectives from around the world will gather at the International Congress of Detectives. Its organizers - the International Association of Detectives - invited more than a hundred people to the Crimea. According to the president of the association, Andrei Matushkin, the entire "color" of the world investigation is expected - the best "Sherlocks" from England, the USA, France, Germany from the CIS countries. They invited them not to brag about their professional successes, but to help their Russian colleagues rewrite the Law on Private Detective and Security Activities.
“The existing law is completely illiterate,” Matushkin told KP. - To begin with, that security and detective activities are completely different things, but here everything interferes in one heap. On the one hand, he beats the hands of real detectives, does not give them any authority or opportunity to work, and on the other, he allows amateurs who have completed accelerated two-week courses to get underfoot. Therefore, we want to listen to what conditions have been created for our colleagues in other countries. And propose your bill.

Зарубежные детективы научат российских, как дружить с законом
В Ялте на Международный съезд детективов соберутся частные сыщики со всего мира. Его организаторы – Международное объединение детективов - пригласили в Крым больше сотни человек. По словам президента объединения Андрея Матушкина, ожидается весь «цвет» мирового сыска – лучшие «шерлоки» из Англии, США, Франции, Германии из стран СНГ. Пригласили их не хвастаться своими профессиональными успехами, а помочь российским коллегам переписать «Закон о частной детективной и охранной деятельности».
- Существующий закон абсолютно безграмотный, - рассказал Матушкин «КП». – Начать с того, что охранная деятельность и детективная это абсолютно разные вещи, а тут все мешается в одну кучу. С одной стороны, он бьет по рукам настоящих детективов, не дает им никаких полномочий и возможностей для работы, с другой – позволяет путаться под ногами дилетантам, прошедшим ускоренные двухнедельные курсы. Поэтому мы хотим послушать, какие условия для наших коллег созданы в других странах. И предложить свой законопроект.
