Before leaving, the guy said that he would work on the construction of some facility. At first he called home, and then the connection with him was interrupted. Relatives rushed to look for those same comrades and found two. They said that, allegedly, in the Kyakhtinsky district they were attacked by local residents. When leaving home, the missing person left somewhere. They waited, waited, and then left. They don’t know where he is and why he left them. Relatives of the missing guy were not at a loss and volunteered to investigate the circumstances of his disappearance. In several cars they arrived in the Kyakhtinsky district, but searches for the missing were unsuccessful. The relatives returned to Irkutsk and decided to turn to a private detective. The specialist listened to his relatives and offered to “lead” through the polygraph two friends of the missing person, with whom he traveled to Buryatia. The guys agreed, apparently suggesting a lie detector, but the study showed their reaction to questions regarding the fate of the missing person. It was clear - they know that the guy is dead and who killed him. A private detective handed over the polygraph examiner's report to the police, and they called the guys for re-interrogation. As a result, young people admitted that they involuntarily witnessed the murder. They said that the fourth comrade killed the missing person and volunteered to show the place where he had hidden the corpse. The Irkutsk residents brought both witnesses to Buryatia, where their colleagues from the Kyakhta district joined in the investigation of the crime. - The body of a missing resident of the Irkutsk region with signs of violent death - numerous chopped wounds on his head, was found in the place indicated by them on the bank of the Selenga River 11 km from the village of Ust-Kyakhta, - said Alexander Bondarenko, head of the Kyakhtinsky Municipal Police Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Belarus . Upon the discovery of the corpse, a criminal case was opened under the article “Murder”. The suspect was put on the wanted list. He was detained at home, all month he was hiding in a car in the woods. During interrogation, the 31-year-old detainee told why and how he killed a friend. According to him, in September, the four of them arrived by car in Buryatia. They were not going to go to any construction site; their goal in Buryatia was hemp. They came up with a kalym version for relatives. On the bank of the Selenga near the village of Ust-Kyakhta, the guys set up a camp and collected hemp all next week. On the afternoon of September 22, a major quarrel occurred between the two accomplices. It turned out that once both were engaged in one joint business related to breeding first thoroughbred dogs and then pigs. As a result, the case burned out, and the deceased presented monetary claims to the accused, because he financed the project. In a quarrel, the accused grabbed the ax, which several times hit the head of his friend. The victim died from the injuries on the spot. After that, the accused with two friends buried the body of the victim in the ground, threw the bloodied ax and collected hemp into the river. After that, the friends gathered their things and left for the Irkutsk region. When choosing a preventive measure for a detainee, the court took into account the fact that the man had previously been convicted, and having committed a new crime, hid the body and persuaded witnesses, sending the investigation on the wrong track. In addition, eyewitnesses to the crime expressed concern that, being at large, the accused could again put pressure on them. As a result, the detainee was arrested. Whether the accused was in a state of drug or alcohol intoxication at the time of the murder, the investigation has yet to establish.

Стали известны подробности громкого убийства на Селенге иркутскими наркодельцами. Пропавшего парня искали почти месяц, допросы свидетелей не приносили результатов. В дело вмешался частный детектив, который после допроса через полиграф выяснил - испытуемые знают, кто и как совершил убийство Как сообщает «Номер один», в сентябре на территории Кяхтинского района пропал 28-летний житель Иркутской области. Родственники обратились с заявлением в полицию, а затем и сами приехали в Бурятию искать сына. Пропавшего парня разыскивали почти месяц, но безрезультатно. Сдвинуть дело с мёртвой точки помог частный детектив. Родственники молодого человека сообщили полиции, что он уехал в Бурятию на заработки вместе с тремя приятелями. Перед отъездом парень рассказал, что будет трудиться на строительстве какого-то объекта. Первое время он звонил домой, а затем связь с ним прервалась. Родные бросились искать тех самых товарищей и нашли двоих. Они рассказали, что, якобы, в Кяхтинском районе подверглись нападению со стороны местных жителей. Когда уезжали домой, пропавший куда-то ушел. Они его ждали-ждали, а потом уехали. Где он и почему ушел от них, не знают. Родственники пропавшего парня не растерялись и сами вызвались расследовать обстоятельства его исчезновения. На нескольких машинах они приехали в Кяхтинский район, но поиски без вести пропавшего результатов не дали. Родные вернулись в Иркутск и приняли решение обратиться к частному детективу. Специалист выслушал родных и предложил «провести» через полиграф двух приятелей пропавшего, с которым он и ездил в Бурятию. Парни согласились, видимо, предполагая обмануть «детектор лжи», но исследование показало их реакции на вопросы, касающиеся дальнейшей судьбы пропавшего. Было ясно – они знают, что парень мёртв и кто его убил. Частный детектив передал заключение полиграфолога сотрудникам полиции, а те вызвали парней на повторный допрос. В итоге молодые люди признались, что поневоле стали свидетелями убийства. Они рассказали, что пропавшего убил их четвёртый товарищ, и вызвались показать место, где он спрятал труп. Иркутяне доставили обоих свидетелей в Бурятию, где к расследованию преступления подключились их коллеги из Кяхтинского района. - В указанном ими месте на берегу реки Селенга в 11 км от села Усть-Кяхта в земле было обнаружено тело пропавшего жителя Иркутской области с признаками насильственной смерти – многочисленными рублеными ранами на голове, - сообщил Александр Бондаренко, руководитель Кяхтинского МСО СУ СК РФ по РБ. По факту обнаружения трупа было возбуждено уголовное дело по статье «Убийство». Подозреваемый был объявлен в розыск. Его задержали на родине, весь месяц он скрывался на машине в лесах. На допросе 31-летний задержанный рассказал, из-за чего и как убил приятеля. С его слов, в сентябре они вчетвером приехали на автомобиле в Бурятию. Ни на какую стройку они ехать не собирались, их целью в Бурятии была конопля. Версию с калымом они придумали для родных. На берегу Селенги у села Усть-Кяхта парни разбили лагерь и всю следующую неделю собирали коноплю. Днём 22 сентября между двумя подельниками произошла крупная ссора. Оказалось, что когда-то оба занимались одним совместным бизнесом, связанным с разведением сначала породистых собак, а затем свиней. В итоге дело прогорело, и погибший предъявил обвиняемому денежные претензии, ведь он финансировал проект. В ссоре обвиняемый схватился за топор, которым несколько раз ударил по голове своего приятеля. От полученных повреждений потерпевший скончался на месте. После этого обвиняемый с двумя приятелями закопал тело убитого в землю, выбросил окровавленный топор и собранную коноплю в реку. После чего приятели собрали свои вещи и уехали в Иркутскую область. При избрании задержанному меры пресечения суд принял во внимание то, что ранее мужчина уже был судим, а совершив новое преступление, скрыл тело и подговорил свидетелей, отправив следствие по ложному пути. Кроме того, очевидцы преступления высказали опасение, что, будучи на свободе, обвиняемый вновь может оказать на них давление. В итоге задержанного заключили под арест. Находился ли обвиняемый в момент убийства в состоянии наркотического или алкогольного опьянения, следствию еще предстоит установить.
