On November 18, 2015, a working meeting of the St. Petersburg section of our organization was held at IAPD headquarters.
The main issue that was discussed at it was the preparation for the upcoming VII IAPD Conference, which will be held in St. Petersburg from September 21-24, 2016.

Issues proposed for discussion at the above working meeting:
1). Search for potential investors.
2). Search and selection of the Conference venue (conference room, colleagues).
3). Involvement of colleagues from all over the world to participate in this conference, including from ARD and other related sites (calling all Russian colleagues, inviting colleagues around the world via e-mail).
4). Involvement in the conference also of existing colleagues from law enforcement agencies, including from licensing and permitting units, officials from the city administration, deputies and representatives of public organizations.
five). Media coverage of the upcoming conference (on various Internet sites, including on their websites), holding a preliminary press conference, photo and video support for the Conference.
6). The study of the issue of working with embassies and consulates of foreign states for the possible involvement of colleagues from these states at this Conference.
7). The study of a possible conference with the Chamber of Commerce.
8). Production of a magazine, badges, certificates, any souvenirs with the IAPD logo, etc. .

1.3 In order to attract financing from state structures (the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, etc.), a program can be developed to provide free customer service in the field of law (free legal assistance - in relation to lawyers and attorneys, as well as other programs that can be provided by the BH, SB and PSO) .

1.4 If we talk about the release of the magazine MOD, then of course offer ads to everyone who wants to grow their business. This requires expanding the circulation and putting it on stream. Writing analytical articles on the work of the Private Investigation in the Russian Federation and the World, its development, a review of the development of relations between the Black Sea and the Russian Federation, its relations and its relationship with law enforcement agencies, reflecting assistance to law enforcement agencies, etc. etc...

2. I cannot offer anything specific regarding the accommodation of guests. With the exception of pricing policy analysis and communication with hostels (mini-hotels). Accommodation in this category of objects (hostels) involves 2-10 local guests in one room. My friend has plans to open 1-2 such hostels next year (I helped him open a mini-hotel in Moscow), if he opens it in St. Petersburg, there will be an opportunity to partially accommodate guests (20-30 people) at very low prices priced either possibly for free.
Otherwise, I can take on the same work with other hostels (analysis of prices, location). I have experience in this.

3. For work with colleagues from Germany and Switzerland (German-speaking comrades), I can offer the following:

This requires official invitations on behalf of the MOD to participate in the conference and generally join the association.

9.1 Development and coverage of the NPV bill. To develop it and familiarize the conference participants and the administrative resource in the persons invited (comrades from the government apparatus, local government and law enforcement agencies) this should be interesting to them by definition.
At this stage, I’m not involved in “lawmaking”, but the problem is face-to-face, and I would put emphasis on the development of the BWD in the image and likeness of the legal profession (that is, I would finally give a legal definition to the Detective Agency as a structure, I would legitimize Detective Associations as a civil law institution, on the basis of the Federal Law "On Advocacy", would endow it with the principles of self-government, independence, etc.).
