What is the interaction between private detectives and law enforcement agencies?
According to our estimates, there is officially virtually no interaction with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and other law enforcement agencies in the Russian Federation. The main official communication takes place in the licensing system, when the detective draws up a license for his activity. The rest and real interaction takes place on the detective’s personal contacts with those who are specifically familiar with him in the service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the FSB, the Prosecutor’s Office, and employees. It is necessary to create at least a small department in the structure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the interaction of detectives with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, to work out the possibility of officially obtaining non-secret information through this department, access to the databases at the request of the detective about the convictions of a person, other information that has a stamp for official use ". When recording requests from detectives in such a department, it is possible to establish interaction and prevent abuse in the activities of dishonest detectives, as well as transmit information received by the detective about criminal facts established by him in the lines of activity in the structures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the FSB, and the Prosecutor's Office. But so far this is not.
In the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the FSB, the TFR, large-scale reorganizations are underway and until they pass, such a question will not be raised.
At the same time, it is necessary at the legislative level to improve the law on detective activity, which is now necessary for citizens. Often due to incomprehensible at times employment of the police and other law enforcement officers, reluctance to thoroughly understand the statements of citizens, they do not receive the necessary assistance becoming victims. And the result is unsolved crimes, unrepaired damage, disbelief in the state's protection from crime. So the activities of detectives are necessary and in demand by both citizens and entrepreneurs and business.

Я представляю Всероссийское объединение ветеранов МВД"Милицейское братство",им.министра МВД СССР Николая Анисимовича Щелокова, руководитель управления представительства Александр Михайлов.
Какое сейчас взаимодействие между частными детективами и правоохранительными органами.
По нашим оценкам взаимодействия с МВД и другими правоохранительными органами в РФ официально практически отсутствует. Основное официальное общение происходит в разрешительной системе, когда детектив оформляет лицензию на свою деятельность. Остальное и реальное взаимодействие происходит на личных контактах детектива с конкретно знакомыми ему по службе в органах МВД, ФСБ, Прокуратуре, сотрудниками. Необходимо создать хотя бы небольшой отдел в структуре МВД для взаимодействия детективов с МВД, проработать возможность официального получения через этот отдел информации, не являющейся секретной, доступ к базам по запросу детектива о судимостях того, или иного лица, других сведений, имеющих гриф "для служебного пользования". При фиксации в таком отделе запросов от детективов, можно наладить взаимодействие и не допускать злоупотреблений в деятельности непорядочных детективов, а также передавать информацию, полученную детективом о криминальных фактов, установленных им по направлениям деятельности в структурах МВД, ФСБ, Прокуратуры. Но пока этого нет.
В МВД, ФСБ, СКР сейчас происходят масштабные реорганизации и пока они не пройдут, такой вопрос не будет подниматься.
В тоже время необходимо на законодательном уровне улучшать закон о детективной деятельности, которая необходима сейчас гражданам. Часто по непонятной порой занятости полиции, других правоохранителей, нежелании тщательно разбираться в заявлениях граждан, они не получают необходимую помощь становясь потерпевшими. А результат-нераскрытые преступления, не возмещенный ущерб, неверие государству в его защите от криминала.Так что деятельность детективов необходима и востребована как гражданами, так и предпринимателями и бизнесом.
