Alexander, good night! The forum began to work at the end of May 2009. Detectives on it “appeared” in late October, thanks to a colleague from Kiev (detective agency Konrad). Frankly, the forum was created with an eye on the public organization of detectives. Of course I am for two hands !!! The main thing in my understanding is that the forum (colleagues) for this step is ripe (s). I would not want the organization to be born stillborn.
