In the Bolkhov district of the Oryol region, a command and staff exercise on civil defense was held. EMERCOM employees worked out an algorithm for the interaction of all emergency services and the district administration according to two conditional introductory ones: an explosion of domestic gas in a residential building and a power outage due to adverse weather conditions.
