«Онлайн-пробив» дает возможность за небольшие деньги узнать данные о перемещениях по городу по сигналу мобильного, детализацию телефонных разговоров или кодовое слово от банковской карты. Сейчас этот нелегальный рынок в России активно расцветает.
Корреспондент Би-би-си решил провести эксперимент и купил актуальные персональные данные на себя и родственницу. При этом, чтобы не быть привлеченным к ответственности за это дело, россияне используют несколько нелегальных форумов. В итоге, человек, с помощью «пробива» может получить от выписки с банковского счета до кодового слова карты, а также детализацию телефонных соединений абонента и список вышек сотовой связи, к которым телефон подключался в течение определенного периода.
Причем речь идет не об информации из утекших баз, а из актуальных на момент обращения. Каждый год по данному мошенничеству в России выносится более десятка приговоров. Однако, до возбуждения уголовного дела доходит лишь небольшое число случаев.
Корреспондент Би-би-си нашел на одном из форумов анонимного продавца данных и связался с ним через Telegram. Для чистоты эксперименты он представился обычным покупателем и не назвал настоящего имени. Журналист попросил «пробить» два номера телефона – собственный и родственницы. Оплата услуг проходила через сервис «Яндекс.Деньги». При этом, по времени заказы выполнялись в течение нескольких часов.
В итоге, менее чем за 10 тысяч рублей корреспондент получил информация о владельцах номеров и данные о местоположении родственницы в моменты вызовов в течение месяца. Кроме этого, корреспондент Би-би-си смогу успешно заказать выписку по себе из «Российского паспорта». Стоила эта процедура менее 2 тысяч рублей. Через сутки пришел файл c информацией обо всех ранее выданных внутренних и заграничных паспортах (включая фотографии). В документе также были сканы заявлений на выдачу документов. При этом, среди всех было и первое заявление, которые журналист написал в конце 1990-х по достижении 14-летнего возраста.
Чаще всего, покупателями на рынке «пробива» являются мошенники, частные детективы и сотрудники службы безопасности частных компаний. Также, такой услугой пользуются и мужья, подозревающие жен в измене, а также родственники.
В среднем на рынке «пробивщик» способен продержаться не более двух месяцев. После этого его обнаруживает служба безопасности и сообщает в полицию или даже ФСБ. Корреспонденту заявили в пресс-службах «Мегафона», «Вымпелкома», МТС и Сбербанка, что продолжат пресекать продажу данных сотрудниками. В Райффайзенбанке воздержались от комментариев, в МВД России не ответили на запрос Би-би-си.
