Всем привет ! Есть в Латвии закон о телекоммуникационной связи и к этому закону, масса правил Кабинета Министров, т. е. идут различные указания и разъяснения. У нас оператор в любой момент даст распечатку исходящих звонков, но текстовую распечатку СМС не даст. Не даст распечатку входящих звонков и СМС. Получить это можно только по специальному запросу соответствующих структур. Прослушка идет только с сакции судьи, Уверен что и в Литве ( Витас имя Литовское ) то же саимое. Уже несколько лет операторы всех сетей пишут 100% разговоров и СМС. Стоит мощная аппаратука уплотнения. В любой момент и за любой период поднимают диск и дают текстовую распечатку переговоров. ( По текстовой распечатке есть программы и они не секретные ). Я сталкивался с этим, СБ представила переговоры за год, когда им понадобилось. Но при желании в определенный аппарат вбивается дополнительная программа, которую уже стереть нельзя. Эта программа, втихую от владельца, сообщает заинтересованному лицу весь разговор, дает тексты СМС и прочие интересные вещи. Наверняка в Литве этим кто-то занимается, а следовательно может пробовать и с СИМ-карты снять информацию. Только нужно найти таких людей.
