В ходе совещания Министр МЧС России оценил работу группировки МЧС и готовность к новой волне паводка. В качестве превентивных мероприятий ведется наращивание защитных сооружений до 9 метров. Для возведения насыпных дамб задействовано более 100 ед. техники, завезено 81 тыс. куб. м. песка. В подверженной паводку зоне Комсомольска-на-Амуре в полном объеме защищает район от наводнений дамба высотой 11 метров.
