Garusova Aleksandara Igorevna –Vice - President of the IAPD, Head of the Phoenix Detective Agency (Moscow) in her speech spoke about the meeting of detectives with representatives of the executive and legislative authorities in the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, where issues of detective activity were discussed. The emphasis was placed on the fact that private detectives can be of great assistance in the investigation of complex criminal and civil cases.
Also, the issue of licensing private detectives was discussed at the round table. Only recently the procedure for issuing licenses was regulated in the Rosgvardia, however, I would like detectives to be supervised by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, since this structure is closer to detective activity.
However, this is not the main thing in the matter of detective work. I would like to focus on expanding the powers of detectives. The number of licensed specialists in this area does not exceed one thousand, and it is unclear whether the government will meet halfway and adopt a law expanding the powers of detectives?
The people who have come to this area are very serious and are engaged in important matters, primarily aimed at the security of our country and the entire world as a whole. Therefore, it is proposed to set common clear goals and consider the tasks of expanding powers in detective activity with colleagues from other detective associations, especially since there is no question of competition.

Также, на круглом столе обсуждался вопрос лицензирования частных детективов. Только недавно в Росгвардии были отрегулирован порядок выдачи лицензий, однако, хотелось бы, чтобы детективов курировало МВД, так как эта структура ближе к сыскной деятельности.
Все же, это не является главным в вопросе работы детективов. Хотелось бы заострить внимание на расширении полномочий сыщиков. Количество лицензированных специалистов в этой сфере не превышает одной тысячи, и, непонятно, пойдёт ли правительство навстречу и примет закон, расширяющий полномочия детективов?
Люди, пришедшие в эту сферу, очень серьёзные и занимаются важными делами, прежде всего направленными на безопасность нашей страны и всего мира в целом. Поэтому, предлагается поставить общие чёткие цели и рассмотреть задачи расширения полномочий в детективной деятельности с коллегам из других детективных ассоциаций, тем более, что вопрос о конкуренции не стоит.
