Fedkov Nikolay Nikolaevich, full member of the IAPD, an expert on accounting and economic issues of the St. Petersburg Institute of Independent Expertise and Appraisal, spoke about the activities of his organization, touched upon the need and benefits of an expert's opinion in various situations: in courts, notaries, investigation of criminal cases, etc.
