Как-то в «Ведомостях» фоном к основным событиям дня промелькнула заметка об аресте очередного прокурорского работника. Обвиняемый — помощник прокурора Восточного округа Москвы — будучи обвинителем на процессе по делу о взятке, сам взял взятку у взяточников. Был ли судья, выносивший решение о мере пресечения, в свою очередь, готов к недвусмысленному предметному «диалогу» с обвиняемым, можно лишь догадываться.

Каждый румяный интурист увозит из России не просто расписной деревянный сувенир. Он увозит действующую модель российской власти. Изготовители матрешек, украшая свои поделки лицами высоких чиновников, давно это поняли. Матрешка покрупнее накрывает своей «заботой» ту, что поменьше, забираясь, в свою очередь, под главный колпак.
