Users of the Yandex ecosystem will be able to delete their data from services
Users of Yandex services will now be able to erase their data received by these services. At the user's request, an archive with information will be generated, which can be permanently deleted.
The generated archive includes data from 50 Yandex services, including Alice, Music, Pogoda, and Kart. Within one day, the company promises, the archive will be created and the user will receive an e-mail about it. The data can be deleted. The company stressed that this is an irreversible process.

Also, Yandex provided users with the opportunity to delete data from some services, for example, to erase the history of requests in Alice.
“Data about users, their interests and actions - likes and dislikes, reviews, trips, and so on - help us create convenient and personalized services. Yandex carefully stores and reliably protects this information. At the same time, we are for transparency: a person should be able to check what Yandex knows about him and use this data at his own discretion, ”- noted Data Protection Director of Yandex Ivan Cherevko.
The new tool is located in the "Account Management - Data Management" section in Yandex ID.

Пользователи экосистемы «Яндекса» смогут удалять свои данные из сервисов
Пользователи сервисов «Яндекса» теперь смогут стереть свои данные, полученные этими сервисами. По запросу пользователя будет сформирован архив с информацией, который можно безвозвратно удалить.
Сформированный архив включает данные с 50-ти сервисов «Яндекса», в том числе «Алисы», «Музыки», «Погоды», «Карт». В течение одного дня, обещают в компании, архив будет создан и пользователю придет электронное письмо об этом. Данные можно будет удалить. В компании подчеркнули, что это необратимый процесс.

Также «Яндекс» предоставил пользователям возможность удалить данные из некоторых сервисов, например, стереть историю запросов в «Алисе».
«Данные о пользователях, их интересах и действиях – лайках и дизлайках, отзывах, поездках и так далее – помогают нам делать удобные и персонализированные сервисы. “Яндекс” бережно хранит и надежно защищает эту информацию. При этом мы – за прозрачность: у человека должна быть возможность проверить, что “Яндекс” знает о нём, и распорядиться этими данными по своему усмотрению», – отметил директор по защите данных «Яндекса» Иван Черевко.
Новый инструмент находится в разделе «Управление аккаунтом – управление данными» в «Яндекс ID».
