Employees of a large real estate agency in Vladivostok detained for fraud. Material provided by the publication PrimaMedia.ru
An organized criminal group engaged in housing rental fraud based on the established Dialog real estate agency was detained in Vladivostok. A criminal case has been instituted on the fact of fraudulent activities, the RIA PrimaMedia was told in the press service of the Vladivostok LU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on transport.
Field investigators detained 6 people out of 7 members of the criminal group. As a result of the complex of operational-search measures carried out by the employees of the Vladivostok LU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, together with the Primorsky Transport Prosecutor’s Office, an evidence base was collected about fraudulent actions by employees of the Dialog real estate agency located in the building of the sea terminal.
As explained in the press service of the management, clients at the agency’s office were offered apartments for photographs. People agreed, paid money for the services of an agency for the provision of housing. Amounts reached up to 20 thousand rubles. Among the victims there are enough students, young specialists who graduated from high schools. When viewing the apartment, the real conditions did not coincide with the beautiful photographs shown in the office. Customers refused to not live up to housing expectations. People demanded a refund. Agency representatives often indecently refused to return. Customers were left without housing. The agency appropriated a pledge for renting a dwelling, as well as a fee for its “false services”.
As it turned out, the contractual terms were spelled out very subtly, and the victims had almost no chance to return their money. Sometimes the agents of the Dialogue simply did not show up, delayed the time for demonstrating the apartment indicated in the contract. After that, the money automatically went to the company. There were not rare cases when citizens who agreed to live even in such conditions that did not correspond to the photographs were sent out specially hired bouncers from the apartment. But since the number of deceived persons exceeded several dozen, then law enforcement officers had a lot of questions about the cleanliness of the company's activity in the real estate market. People were interviewed, “test purchases” were carried out, surveillance was conducted, etc. At present, about 80 applications from victims have been collected from the employees of the Vladivostok LU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on transport. But, given the long life of the Dialogues real estate agency, law enforcement officers are convinced that there can be many more deceived.

Сотрудники крупного агентства недвижимости во Владивостоке задержаны за мошенничествоМатериал предоставлен изданием PrimaMedia.ru
Организованная преступная группа, занимающая мошенничеством в сфере аренды жилья на базе созданного агентства недвижимости «Диалог», задержана во Владивостоке. По факту мошеннических действий возбуждено уголовное дело, сообщили РИА PrimaMedia в пресс-службе Владивостокского ЛУ МВД России на транспорте.
Оперативниками задержано 6 человек из 7 участников преступной группировки. В результате проведенного сотрудниками Владивостокского ЛУ МВД России на транспорте комплекса оперативно-розыскных мероприятий совместно с Приморской транспортной прокуратурой собрана доказательная база о мошеннических действиях сотрудников агентства по недвижимости «Диалог», разместившегося в здании морвокзала.
Как пояснили в пресс-службе управления, клиентам в офисе агентства предлагались квартиры по фотографиям. Люди соглашались, платили деньги за услуги агентства по предоставлению жилого помещения. Суммы доходили до 20 тысяч рублей. Среди потерпевших достаточно студентов, молодых специалистов, окончивших вузы. При просмотре квартиры реальные условия не совпадали с красивыми фотографиями, показанными в офисе. Клиенты отказывались от не оправдывающего ожидания жилья. Люди требовали возвращения денежных средств. Представители агентства зачастую в неприличной форме отказывали в возврате. Клиенты оставались без жилья. Агентство присваивало себе залог за наем жилого помещения, а также плату за свои «лжеуслуги».
Как оказалось, договорные условия были прописаны очень тонко, и у потерпевших почти не было шансов вернуть свои деньги. Порой агенты «Диалога» просто не являлись на показ, затягивали время демонстрации квартиры, указанное в договоре.После чего деньги автоматически отходили к компании. Не редки были случаи, когда граждан, согласившихся жить даже в таких не соответствующих фотографиям условиях, из квартиры выгоняли специально нанятые вышибалы. Но т.к. число обманутых лиц перевалило за несколько десятков, то у стражей порядка возникло много вопросов по поводу чистоплотности деятельности компании на рынке недвижимости. Опрашивались люди, осуществлялись «контрольные закупки», велось наблюдение и т.д. В настоящее время у сотрудников Владивостокского ЛУ МВД России на транспорте собрано около 80 заявлений от потерпевших. Но, учитывая длительный срок деятельности агентства по недвижимости «Диалоги», стражи порядка убеждены, что обманутых может быть гораздо больше.
Сотрудниками Владивостокского ЛУ МВД России на транспорте задержано 6 членов преступной группы. Некоторые из них судимы ранее за тяжкие и особо тяжкие преступления (убийства). Ведется расследование. Задержана и директор агентства, 30-летняя гражданка.
Владивостокское ЛУ МВД России на транспорте призывает граждан, которые пострадали от действий сотрудников агентства «Диалог» обратиться с заявлением о нарушении их прав в транспортную полицию по адресу ул. Нижнепортовая, 5 или по тел. (423) 224-83-17, 293-63-09.
