304 the military investigation department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation opened a criminal case against Junior Sergeant of the Border Guard Contract Service The FSB of Russia in the Primorsky Territory of Sergei Peftiev and citizen Grachik Avdalyan. They are suspected of extortion committed by a group of persons in a preliminary conspiracy, the official website of the Investigative Committee of Russia reports.
According to investigators, from December 2011 to the end of January 2012, suspects under the threat of violence extorted money from Peftiev’s colleagues - from 60 to 125 thousand rubles. In addition, in October last year, they also extorted money from the owner of the guarded parking lot. Having been refused, Pevtiev and Avdalyan broke into the territory of the parking lot, beat the guards and damaged 12 cars.
At the request of the investigation, a measure of restraint in the form of detention was selected in respect of the suspects. The criminal investigation is ongoing.

304 военным следственным отделом Следственного комитета Российской Федерации возбуждено уголовное дело в отношении младшего сержанта контрактной службы Пограничного управления ФСБ России по Приморскому краю Сергея Пефтиева и гражданина Грачика Авдаляна. Они подозреваются в вымогательстве, совершенном группой лиц по предварительному сговору, сообщает официальный сайт Следственного комитета России.
По версии следствия, с декабря 2011 по конец января 2012 года подозреваемые под угрозой применения насилия вымогали у сослуживцев Пефтиева деньги — от 60 до 125 тысяч рублей. Кроме того, в октябре прошлого года они также вымогали деньги у владельца охраняемой автостоянки. Получив отказ, Певтиев и Авдалян ворвались на территорию автостоянки, избили охранников и повредили 12 автомобилей.
По ходатайству следствия в отношении подозреваемых избрана мера пресечения в виде заключения под стражу. Расследование уголовного дела продолжается.
