Jobs from the STB channel: fraud for cops, recruiter oversight or impunity?
Only recently in the SBU, during a press conference in Kiev, journalists were warned that the use of covert shooting was criminally responsible, as you can already see today, with bewilderment, vacancies from the STB channel, where the following are invited to work: Detective (expert -criminalist) in the project “Psychics are investigating” with a note that the duties include meetings with representatives of law enforcement agencies and authorities. Further literally, "Get the information they need for the plot (sometimes using a hidden camera)."
Honestly, this is not only perplexing, since it is indeed criminally punishable, since the use of video recording without warning (secretly) can be qualified as a crime under article 359 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for punishment of up to 4 years in prison, and here the STB channel “pushes” crime against law enforcement themselves!
At the same press conference, the head of the Main Investigative Department of the SBU, Vasily Klimuk, said that in his practice, journalists had not yet been prosecuted for such actions, but Russian law allowed journalists to conduct covert filming. Or - this is the destiny of private detectives, but whose activities are not regulated by the legislation of Ukraine. Further, the SBU official noted that in Ukraine, covert shooting, audio or photo shooting is allowed by the SBU, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Customs Service, the State Security Service, the Foreign Intelligence Service and other law enforcement agencies and only after obtaining the appropriate sanctions.
What is the result? But nothing, the negligent recruit from the STB channel will be scolded (possibly), the vacancy will be rewritten, but law enforcement agencies will not bother to read this note. But if the SBU is caught by unfortunate entrepreneurs with special means of tacitly receiving information in pens or key rings in our ... industry market, news will immediately appear on the SBU website or the guys will need to pay off for difficult money. Вакансии от канала СТБ: подстава для ментов, оплошность рекрутера или безнаказанность?
Только недавно в СБУ, во время пресс-конференции в Киеве, журналистов предупреждали о том, что использование скрытой съемки несет за собой уголовную ответственность, как уже сегодня можно увидеть, с недоумением, вакансии от канала СТБ, где на работу приглашают: Детектива (эксперта-криминалиста) в проекта «Экстрасенсы ведут расследование» с пометкой, что в обязанности входят встречи с представителями правоохранительных органов и органов власти. Далее дословно "Добывать у них необходимую для сюжета информацию (иногда используя скрытую камеру)".
Честно говоря это вызывает не только недоумение, поскольку это и правда уголовно наказуемо, так как использование видеозаписи без предупреждения (скрытно) может квалифицироваться как преступление согласно 359 статье УК Украины, которым предусмотрено наказание до 4 лет тюрьмы, а тут канал СТБ "толкает" на преступление против самих правоохранительных органов!
На той же пресс-конференции, начальник Главного следственного управления СБУ Василий Климук сообщил, что в его практике журналисты еще не привлекались к уголовной ответственности за такие действия, однако российским законодательством журналистам разрешено проводить скрытую съемку. Или же - это удел частных детективов, но деятельность которых не регламентирована законодательством Украины. Далее чиновник СБУ отметил, что в Украине проводить скрытую съемку, аудио- или фотосъемку разрешено СБУ, МВД, ГТСУ, ГСО, Службе внешней разведки и другим силовым структурам и то только после получения соответствующих санкций.
Что в итоге? А ничего, нерадивого рекрута с канала СТБ пожурят (возможно), вакансию перепишут, а вот правоохранительные органы и прочитать эту заметку неудосужатся. Зато, если СБУ поймают горе-предпринимателей со спецсредствами негласного получения информации в ручках или брелоках на нашем... отраслевом рынке - сразу же появиться новость на сайте СБУ или ребятам нужно будет откупаться за непростые деньги. Реалии жизни.
