Дозвонившись до родных и близких и убедившись, что с ними все в порядке, люди успокаивались. В какой-то мере сняло напряжение и сообщение властей о том, что в результате теракта никто не погиб.

Кстати, решением Кабмина для этого уже выделено полтора миллиона гривен.
- Что это были за устройства, эксперты пока выясняют, - сказал прессе генпрокурор Виктор Пшонка. - Ясно только, что террористы рассчитывали именно на осколочные поражения - потому и закладывали бомбы в урны.

- Одна из версий такова, что эти взрывы связаны со взрывом в Днепропетровске 16 ноября прошлого года возле ЦУМа, - сказал он. - Почерк тот же, и тогда тоже взорвалась урна.
Сегодня под председательством президента на Банковой состоится заседание координационного штаба по расследованию взрывов в Днепропетровске. Приглашены журналисты, есть надежда, что мы услышим версии резонансного преступления. Пока же официальные органы отмалчиваются, ограничиваясь разве что намеками. "Те версии, которые ранее отрабатывались, остаются, - заявил после первого заседания штаба Виктор Янукович. - Но их количество намного уменьшилось. Есть направления, по которым следствие продвинулось достаточно глубоко".

Две недели назад погиб влиятельный бизнесмен Геннадий Аксельрод..." Однако криминальная версия не очень прочна.
- Когда хотят запугать бизнесмена, взрыв устраивают вблизи его дома, машины, офиса, а не на трамвайной остановке, куда коммерсанты носа не кажут. В Украине было много таких примеров, - говорит Олег, бывший сотрудник СБУ. - Люди, устроившие кошмар в Днепропетровске, либо сумасшедшие, либо хотят что-то от власти. Возможно, они уже даже выдвинули свои требования, но спецслужба это замалчивает в интересах следствия…
Напомним, 4 мая истекает срок, который президент дал на расследование взрывов и поиск преступников.
Уже на следующий день после взрывов Днепропетровская облгосадминистрация объявила награду в 2 миллиона гривен за информацию, которая поможет найти преступников. Правда, пока правоохранители не говорят, откликнулся ли кто-нибудь на этот призыв.

Взрывы в Днепропетровске, с одной стороны, усилили бдительность людей. С другой - активизировали "телефонных террористов". Первой "жертвой" тихой паники стал чемодан, набитый старыми газетами. Одесситы посчитали его подозрительным и позвонили в милицию еще 27 апреля. 30 апреля и 1 мая в Херсоне взрывотехники высадили на воздух две безобидные сумки. Одна висела на дереве, вторая валялась в урне, вокруг которой было поставлено оцепление на 50 метров.
Жители Сум запаниковали, когда милиция наводнила железнодорожный вокзал. Оказывается, кто-то из горожан, услышав разговор двух прохожих, решил, что речь идет о теракте в его родном городе. А вот в Чернигове, как уверяет милиция, нашлась самая настоящая бомба! Самоделку обнаружили в урне в сквере имени Попудренко и уничтожили на месте. Уголовное дело возбудили, но, правда, по хулиганке.
Последователем днепропетровских взрывников возомнил себя бывший зэк из Запорожья. В ночь на 1 мая он поставил все спецслужбы на уши звонком в МЧС: "Я террорист! Я вас всех взорву!" Возмутителя спокойствия задержали. Оказалось, что он повредил мозги, напившись водки и нанюхавшись клея.

"В правом нижнем углу очень интересный персонаж, - пишет один из блогеров. - Он подошел к краю проезжей части за несколько секунд до взрыва, полез в штаны (имеется в виду за мобильным. - Ред.) и отошел на пару шагов. Вокруг него ходили, бегали люди, а он стоял и наблюдал. Думаю, это мог быть тот, кто заложил взрывчатку. Он единственный вел себя так, будто знал про взрыв".

Такую же версию в интервью "Российской газете" высказал источник в Днепропетровском УСБУ: "В городе идет война между местными бизнес-группировками, которые до сих пор связаны с криминалом. Две недели назад погиб влиятельный бизнесмен Геннадий Аксельрод..." Однако криминальная версия не очень прочна.
- Когда хотят запугать бизнесмена, взрыв устраивают вблизи его дома, машины, офиса, а не на трамвайной остановке, куда коммерсанты носа не кажут. В Украине было много таких примеров, - говорит Олег, бывший сотрудник СБУ. - Люди, устроившие кошмар в Днепропетровске, либо сумасшедшие, либо хотят что-то от власти. Возможно, они уже даже выдвинули свои требования, но спецслужба это замалчивает в интересах следствия…
Напомним, 4 мая истекает срок, который президент дал на расследование взрывов и поиск преступников.
Уже на следующий день после взрывов Днепропетровская облгосадминистрация объявила награду в 2 миллиона гривен за информацию, которая поможет найти преступников. Правда, пока правоохранители не говорят, откликнулся ли кто-нибудь на этот призыв.

В Херсоне взрывали сумки, в Сумах прочесывали вокзал
Взрывы в Днепропетровске, с одной стороны, усилили бдительность людей. С другой - активизировали "телефонных террористов". Первой "жертвой" тихой паники стал чемодан, набитый старыми газетами. Одесситы посчитали его подозрительным и позвонили в милицию еще 27 апреля. 30 апреля и 1 мая в Херсоне взрывотехники высадили на воздух две безобидные сумки. Одна висела на дереве, вторая валялась в урне, вокруг которой было поставлено оцепление на 50 метров.
Жители Сум запаниковали, когда милиция наводнила железнодорожный вокзал. Оказывается, кто-то из горожан, услышав разговор двух прохожих, решил, что речь идет о теракте в его родном городе. А вот в Чернигове, как уверяет милиция, нашлась самая настоящая бомба! Самоделку обнаружили в урне в сквере имени Попудренко и уничтожили на месте. Уголовное дело возбудили, но, правда, по хулиганке.
Последователем днепропетровских взрывников возомнил себя бывший зэк из Запорожья. В ночь на 1 мая он поставил все спецслужбы на уши звонком в МЧС: "Я террорист! Я вас всех взорву!" Возмутителя спокойствия задержали. Оказалось, что он повредил мозги, напившись водки и нанюхавшись клея.

После того как в Интернете появилось видео первого взрыва на пересечении улицы Серова и проспекта Карла Макса, зоркие пользователи Интернета определили одного из подозреваемых. Видео снято камерой, установленной на доме по другую сторону от трамвайной остановки. "В правом нижнем углу очень интересный персонаж, - пишет один из блогеров. - Он подошел к краю проезжей части за несколько секунд до взрыва, полез в штаны (имеется в виду за мобильным. - Ред.) и отошел на пару шагов. Вокруг него ходили, бегали люди, а он стоял и наблюдал. Думаю, это мог быть тот, кто заложил взрывчатку. Он единственный вел себя так, будто знал про взрыв".
