Or: the drug fighter Ivanov will become 100% minister, because he comes from the FSB and is friends with Putin. And if not him, then for sure - the former Chekist Romodanovsky.
The chief police officer of the Moscow Region Nikolai Golovkin was the first to be hit: a noisy media attack was organized against him in the media - they tried to connect the name of the general with the organizers of underground casinos. Along the way, with the help of intrigues, Golovkin was pitted with his deputy - Viktor Krykhtin. And they finished off Golovkin with compromising evidence that he allegedly paid ten million dollars for his position.
Then Colonel-General Sukhodolsky came under the press - under the guise of the ongoing reform of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he was fused by the head of the police Glavka to Peter. When this turned out to be not enough, then a criminal case was opened in the Investigative Committee in relation to the leadership of FSUE Okhrana close to the general. Well, the scandal connected with the murder of 15-year-old teenager Nikita Leontyev by the St. Petersburg police put an end to Sukhodolsky’s rapid career. Now the ex-applicant is hiding in Israel.
Then it was the turn of the head of the Federal Penitentiary Service, Reimer: his former secretary complained to the Investigative Committee about harassment from the boss and wiretapping. As the applicant assured, when she refused to the boss, she was fired and evicted from her departmental apartment with her family. Then the “Hollywood” escape by helicopter from the strict-security colony prisoner Aleksey Shestakov happened very opportunely, and it became clear that a big cross was put on Reimer's candidacy in the Kremlin.
According to our source in law enforcement agencies, they were going to use incriminating evidence against the head of the Federal Migration Service, Romodanovsky, on his former deputy, Viktor Vokhmintsev, who had been dismissed back in 2009. But for some reason they did not manage to merge the information on the Internet. Maybe it’s simply because the head of the migration department did not seek to take the post of head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and his surname popped up from the old memory - after all, he was promised this post even after Gryzlov left and before Nurgaliyev was appointed.

Journalists at the Novaya Gazeta learned amazing details of the dashing intrigue surrounding Vladimir Kolokoltsev and his family members. There was no weighty compromising evidence on the general himself, so they began to beat his son Alexander, a former FSB officer: they put the phones on the wiretap, and on the Internet there were messages about the alleged criminal business of Kolokoltsev Jr.
When the disaster with the children didn’t go away, they struck the general’s close friend - the head of the CSSD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow, Alexander Trushkin.
They began to actively dig under Trushkin (read, under Kolokoltsev) a year ago: they opened an operational case on him, established surveillance and constantly listened to phones. And when the head of the CSS went on vacation, they put “bugs” in his office.

Претендентов на кресло Нургалиева было множество, но активнее всего обсуждались шесть кандидатур: помимо Владимира Колокольцева назывались начальник ГУ МВД по Московской области Николай Головкин, первый замминистра МВД Михаил Суходольский, начальник ФСИН Александр Реймер, глава Госнаркоконтроля Виктор Иванов и директор ФМС Константин Ромодановский.
Время от времени до общественности доходили слухи: мол, Колокольцева «отсеяли», поскольку он не смог договориться с руководством Лубянки по поводу будущих заместителей. Или: на 100% министром станет наркоборец Иванов, т.к. он выходец из ФСБ и дружит с Путиным. А если не он, то наверняка — бывший чекист Ромодановский.
Первым попал под удар главный полицейский Подмосковья Николай Головкин: против него была организована шумная информационная атака в СМИ — имя генерала пытались связать с устроителями подпольных казино. Попутно с помощью интриг Головкина стравили с его заместителем — Виктором Крыхтиным. А добили Головкина компроматом, что он якобы заплатил за свою должность десять миллионов долларов.
Потом под пресс попал генерал-полковник Суходольский — под шумок проводившейся реформы МВД его сплавили начальником полицейского Главка в Питер. Когда и этого оказалось мало, то в СК завели уголовное дело в отношении близкого к генералу руководства ФГУП «Охрана». Ну а точку в стремительной карьере Суходольского поставил скандал, связанный с убийством питерскими полицейскими 15-летнего подростка Никиты Леонтьева. Сейчас экс-претендент отсиживается в Израиле.
Затем настала очередь главы ФСИН Реймера: его бывшая секретарша пожаловалась в Следственный комитет на домогательства со стороны шефа и прослушку телефонов. Как уверяла заявительница, когда она отказала боссу, ее уволили и выселили с семьей из ведомственной квартиры. Тут как нельзя кстати случился «голливудский» побег на вертолете из колонии строгого режима заключенного Алексея Шестакова, и стало понятно, что на кандидатуре Реймера в Кремле поставили большой крест.
Как рассказал наш источник в силовых структурах, против главы ФМС Ромодановского собирались использовать компромат на его бывшего заместителя — Виктора Вохминцева, уволенного еще в 2009 году. По результатам проверки ДСБ МВД выяснилось, что при заключении госконтрактов на поставку товаров для нужд ФМС использовались фирмы-однодневки. Но слить информацию в интернет почему-то не успели. Может быть, просто потому, что глава миграционного ведомства и не стремился занять пост главы МВД, а его фамилия в раскладе всплыла по старой памяти — ведь эту должность ему прочили еще после ухода Грызлова и до назначения Нургалиева.
А вот наркоборец Иванов будто бы сам тихо сошел с дистанции. По другой версии, ему намекнули, что активничать особо не стоит — и на него найдется кое-какой компромат.
В «ответном слове» конкуренты Нургалиева на полную катушку раздули историю с пытками в казанских ОВД.
Журналисты «Новой газеты» узнали удивительные подробности лихой интриги вокруг Владимира Колокольцева и членов его семьи. Увесистого компромата на самого генерала не нашлось, поэтому стали бить по его сыну Александру, бывшему сотруднику ФСБ: телефоны поставили на прослушку, а в интернете то и дело появлялись сообщения о якобы криминальном бизнесе Колокольцева-младшего.
Когда деза с детьми не прошла, нанесли удар по близкому другу генерала — начальнику УСБ ГУ МВД по г. Москве Александру Трушкину.
Активно копать под Трушкина (читай, под Колокольцева) стали год назад: на него завели оперативное дело, установили наблюдение и постоянно слушали телефоны. А когда начальник УСБ ушел в отпуск, в его кабинете поставили «жучки».
Нервы у Трушкина не выдержали, и он положил на стол Колокольцеву рапорт об увольнении. В ответ будущий министр в приказном порядке отправил начальника УСБ в отпуск и приставил к нему охрану.
