The beginning and end of the thieves' world and its tattoos

Начало и конец воровского мира и его наколок
Воровской мир России всегда был Антисистемой по отношению к государству, т.е. нечто бОльшим, чем просто криминальное сообщество. А иерархия и «устои» в этой Антисистеме определялись наколками.
Никто до сих пор не может точно ответить, что послужило основанием для образования воровского мира, фактически параллельной системы власти. Кроме России такое сообщество в виде института есть лишь ещё в двух странах мира – ЮАР и Папуа – Новой Гвинее (ссылки на тексты Блога Толклвателя о ворах в этих странах – в конце этого поста). Все три страны объединяет одно: криминальная иерархия в них сложилась как ответ на колониальное «закручивание гаек» (в случае с Россией – на установление прусской бюрократической системы в XVIII веке).
Лингвисты вам расскажут, что основой для блатного жаргона, фени, стал язык офеней – мелких торговцев. Собственные языки в России при власти ранних Романовых имели и профессиональные сообщества, и нищие, и воры. Язык Офеней -язык профессионального сообщества бродячих торговцев. Артели бродячих торговцев представляли собой нечто среднее между группой коммивояжеров и бандой мошенников.
Тайный язык позволял торговцам обсуждать способы обмана покупателей прямо в их присутствии. В конце восемнадцатого века академик Паллас, составивший «Сравнительный словарь всех языков и наречий», включил туда «суздальские» слова (так иногда называли язык офеней).
Всерьез на язык торговцев МВД обратило внимание в 1853 году. Тогда был создан Особый секретный комитет, занимавшийся делами о старообрядцах. Членам этого комитета пришло в голову, что офени не столько торгуют, сколько выступают в роли старообрядческих агитаторов.
Действительно, у офеней со старообрядцами было много общих дел. Бродячие торговцы забирались в довольно глухие места и нередко вместо денег брали за свой товар старинные книги и иконы, которые затем продавали староверам.
В конце XIX века в феню влился идиш – язык ещё одной угнетённой Антисистемы того времени, евреев. Старообрядцы и евреи – вот основа ранней воровской иерархии.
Криминальный мир принял Октябрьскую Революцию. Да и почему не принять, если она освободила их наряду с другими угнетёнными. При этом в начале XX века политические и уголовные заключённые нередко составляли единое цело – «Революция не делается в белых перчатках». Блог Толкователя уже приводил кратко пример такой спайки в одном из своих текстов:
Иосиф Гамбург, один из знаменитых боевиков РСДРП. О его отсидке в царской тюрьме есть такие строки:
«Дружба Гамбурга и Фрунзе закрепилась в Александровском централе, куда их перевели в августе 1914 года.
Политических поместили вместе с уголовниками. Барак был плотно набит арестантами, но клопов в нём было раза в три больше. Клопы делили пищу, люди — места. Стычки вспыхивали постоянно.
Кто-то уз урок ткнул в бок Гамбурга: «Пошёл к параше, жидяра!» Иосиф, боевик, осуждённый за баррикадные бои, не остался в долгу, и многие потянулись за заточками. Назревала поножовщина. Фрунзе спрыгнул с нар и крикнул уголовникам: «Затеете драку — измордуем, костей не соберёте. Запомните эти слова!» Прозвучало довольно внушительно. Урки замолчали, и с тех пор ссоры стали редкостью, а нового «авторитета» выбрали старостой: все поняли, что интересы зэков перед администрацией никто не сможет защитить так, как этот человек»
Из этой же серии был знаменитый командир Котовский и ещё десятки «пламенных борцов». Даже один из самых почитаемых воров в законе, Мишка Япончик (Моисей Винницкий) с радостью устанавливал Революцию.
В 1908-м он получил 12 лет как политизаключённый – за налёты на магазины и банки, т.н. за экспроприацию. Япончик придерживался взглядов анархистов, был членом их организации «Молодая воля».
В 1917-м вышел из тюрьмы по амнистии Временного правительства, уже в звании «Ивана» – так тогда называли «законников». Считается, что Япончик первым стал называть себя «вором в законе», но, вопреки устоявшемуся мнению, «вор в законе» не прижилось в криминальной среде (а лишь у милиции), себя эти люди до недавнего времени называли «свояк».
Ну а дальше Япончик сколотил «Еврейскую дружину», она вместе с большевиками, эсерами и анархистами громила сначала украинских самостийников, французских интервентов, белых. Мишка Винницкий дорос до красного командира бронепоезда, но и первое ремесло своё не бросал – продолжал с бригадой грабить богатеев. История известная, но ещё раз можно почитать о Япончике.
Опять же вопреки расхожему мнению, евреи не превалировали в криминальной иерархии СССР. В своих мемуарах один из авторитетов, а позже знатный артельщик-золотодобытчик Вадим Туманов описывает «воров» в начале 50-х в лагерях Колымы и В.Сибири. В книге он упоминает имена-фамилии 50-60 воров в законе. Среди них почти все – русские. 5-6 человек – евреев, ещё 5-6 – татары плюс армяне. Ни одного грузина среди воров упомянуто не было.
Зато среди верхушки колымского ГУЛАГа было очень много грузинов (средний и нижний состав – преобладание украинцев; а самыми жестокими считались русские из Костромской и Вологодской области – низовая вохра). Туманов даже приводит биографию одного такого грузина – отличавшегося особой жестокостью (в т.ч. и убийствами), начальника штрафных лагерей Заала Георгиевича Мачабели. После ликвидации ГУЛАГа он стал… заместителем директора Академии художеств Грузии (в 60-х Туманов даже навестил его в Тбилиси), умер в 80-х, окружённый почестями, в т.ч. и творческой грузинской элиты. И биографии остальных грузинов-палачей схожи: в 60-х пошли по культурной и хозяйственной части.
Зато у русских начальников ГУЛАГа почти однотипные судьбы: с конца 50-х они заполняют должности начальников отделов кадров – институтов, заводов, пароходств, республиканских министерств, и т.д. (наверняка люди старше 50-ти могут вспомнить из своей жизни таких начальников отделов кадров). Правда, Туманов упоминает ещё 2-х русских начальников колымских лагерей, полковников, что возглавили не HR, а мясокомбинаты (в частности, в Новосибирске).
Так вот. Если в 50-х среди воров в законе не было вовсе грузинов (или было очень-очень мало), то позже и вплоть до наших дней они почти полностью заполонили воровскую систему (сейчас их 60-70% среди всех воров). И на ум приходит только одно объяснение: грузины – отставники ГУЛАГа и породили такую метаморфозу, т.е. влиятельная грузинская группировка МГБ всё равно осталась у власти через воров – своих представителей. Этакий «криминальный Сталин жив».
Но грузины не первыми стали размывать «старый, добрый» российский криминальный мир, а т.н. «ссученные», по зову Сталина перешедшие в 1942-м на другую сторону, т.е. отринув воровские традиции.
Значительную часть мемуаров Туманов (кстати, редкий случай в отечественной литературе: взгляд на ГУЛАГне глазами политзэка, как мы привыкли, а урки) занимает описание знаменитой криминальной войны – ссучившихся с ворами. Она началась в 1947-м и закончилась только в конце 50-х. Но и после ГУЛАГа воры находили лидеров «сук», и жестоко их убивали. Кстати, страшным мучениям уже в мирной жизни, в конце 50-х – 60-х годах воры подвергали и особо жестокое ГУЛАГовское начальство.
Вот одно из его описаний банд ссучившихся:
«Одной из самых беспощадных слыла команда Васьки Пивоварова, созданная в Караганде из отпетых угловников, провинившихся перед преступным миром и не имевших другого шанса выжить, кроме как вместе с лагерным начальством сломать хребет законному воровскому сообществу. Пивоваров сам был вором и попал в штрафбат. Повоевав и снова попав в тюрьму, пошёл в услужение чекистам. В его команде также были уголовники-фронтовики, в основном со сроками 25 лет.
Цель поездки таких бригад по лагерям состояла в демонстрации силы сучьей власти и в окончательном, любыми средствами, подавлении авторитета воров. Не политические, а именно честные воры выступали организаторами противостояния, и держали в напряжении Систему.
Группа Пивоварова уже прошла Воркуту, Норильск, Ангарск, Китой и теперь пришла на Колыму, оставляя после себя сотни трупов».
Далее он описывает войну воров и ссучившихся на Колыме – снова с сотнями трупов, сожжением бараков и даже их взрывом аммонитом (так, при взрыве одного барака погибло более 70 ссучившихся). Кстати, к середине 50-х остались только три точки в ГУЛАГе, где ссучившиеся не смогли взять власть: Колыма, Норильск и Воркута. Ваську Пивоварова, кстати, и убили на Колыме: «»Жизнь его закончилась на Индигирке в лагере при прииске «Ольчан». Он с надзирателем зайдёт к ворам в БУР. Вор Колька Цыган, отлично умеющий бить в сонную артерию, прыгнет с верхних нар и ударит его в шею заточкой».
А вот, например, как в конце 50-х воры расправились с одним из самых лютых лагерных чиновников – неким Романовым: «Три вора поймали его в Артеке. Ему перерезали сухожилия на руках и ногах и вдобавок изнасиловали».
К 1980-м эта Антисистема была почти размыта. Что она из себя представляла во времена расцвета, в середине 1980-х поведал один из «знаменитых» воров в законе Вася-Бриллиант (Бабушкин Василий Степанович) — последний вор «нэпманской закалки», из тех, кто формировал кодекс воровских правил. Бриллиант 44 года провёл в пересылках, тюрьмах и лагерях. За всю жизнь он ни дня не проработал на государство. До войны был смотрящим в нескольких зонах на Урале и Сахалине. В 1954 году по решению сходки убил трёх ссученных воров. Последние годы Бриллианта содержали в камере-одиночке и тщательно скрывали его местонахождение. 30 января 1986 года, когда Вася Бриллиант сидел в Соликамской ИТК-6 («Белый Лебедь») с ним встретился один из сотрудников центрального аппарата МВД. Из этой встречи цитируют фразу Бриллианта:
«Не списывайте все преступления на воров и не делайте из них козлов отпущения. Мы несём свои крест чистоты воровской жизни. Она чище, чем вся ваша государственная конюшня. Сегодня вы нас в петлю толкаете, а завтра, когда мы уйдем, удавка затянется на вашей шее.
Братва должна понять, что нам грозит разложение, нас хотят натравить друг на друга. Откуда этот ветер дует? Похоже, с Запада. Видно, опасаются нашей идейной сплоченности и хотели бы нас разобщить. Сиволапые (антисоветчики) топтали зоны, потом двинули за кордон. А там сообщили, что значит в России сила нашего братства.
Я встречался с Буковским на централе во Владимире. Он хотел тогда втянуть братву в политику, чтобы преступный мир поддержал диссидентов. Но у нас нет хозяев, а у них у всех хозяева на Западе. Наша позиция пришлась не по вкусу политическим. И теперь для них преступный мир, как и Россия, словно кость в горле».
После этой встречи оперативником Бриллиант прожил два месяца. Предполагают, что его задушил в камере наёмный убийца.
Ну а последний удар по воровскому миру (после ссучившихся и грузинов) нанесли чеченцы. Об этом подробно пишет в своей книге «Русская мафия» Владимир Мальсагов – о становлении чеченских ОПГ и вообще Ичкерии. Автор отмотал 10 лет в лагерях, там же на зоне сидел с основными главарями чеченцев, что впоследствии стали лидерами Ичкерии и организованной преступности.
Главная мысль книги: ещё в 70-е КГБ кооптировали в свои ряды чеченцев. Многие чеченские авторитеты даже офицерские звания КГБ-ФСБ имели. Вся т.н. организованная преступность не только находилась под контролем спецслужб, но и управлялась ими. Интересно, что одни из главных чеченских криминальных авторитетов – Хан Нухаев и Руслан Атлангериев носят криминальные клички Гитлер и Ленин соответственно.
Ну а тюремные наколки остались последним осколком воровского мира. По старой привычке зеки, даже не принадлежащие к воровской иерархии, всё равно «рисуют» на себе опознавательные знаки. Блог Толкователя перемежает фотографии «классических» воровских наколок с некоторыми аббревиатурами, до сих принятых в этом мире (и накалываемыми на тело как «объяснительная»).

Мишка Винницкий дорос до красного командира бронепоезда, но и первое ремесло своё не бросал – продолжал с бригадой грабить богатеев. История известная, но ещё раз можно почитать о Япончике.
Опять же вопреки расхожему мнению, евреи не превалировали в криминальной иерархии СССР. В своих мемуарах один из авторитетов, а позже знатный артельщик-золотодобытчик Вадим Туманов описывает «воров» в начале 50-х в лагерях Колымы и В.Сибири. В книге он упоминает имена-фамилии 50-60 воров в законе. Среди них почти все – русские. 5-6 человек – евреев, ещё 5-6 – татары плюс армяне. Ни одного грузина среди воров упомянуто не было.
Зато среди верхушки колымского ГУЛАГа было очень много грузинов (средний и нижний состав – преобладание украинцев; а самыми жестокими считались русские из Костромской и Вологодской области – низовая вохра). Туманов даже приводит биографию одного такого грузина – отличавшегося особой жестокостью (в т.ч. и убийствами), начальника штрафных лагерей Заала Георгиевича Мачабели. После ликвидации ГУЛАГа он стал… заместителем директора Академии художеств Грузии (в 60-х Туманов даже навестил его в Тбилиси), умер в 80-х, окружённый почестями, в т.ч. и творческой грузинской элиты. И биографии остальных грузинов-палачей схожи: в 60-х пошли по культурной и хозяйственной части.
Зато у русских начальников ГУЛАГа почти однотипные судьбы: с конца 50-х они заполняют должности начальников отделов кадров – институтов, заводов, пароходств, республиканских министерств, и т.д. (наверняка люди старше 50-ти могут вспомнить из своей жизни таких начальников отделов кадров). Правда, Туманов упоминает ещё 2-х русских начальников колымских лагерей, полковников, что возглавили не HR, а мясокомбинаты (в частности, в Новосибирске).
Так вот. Если в 50-х среди воров в законе не было вовсе грузинов (или было очень-очень мало), то позже и вплоть до наших дней они почти полностью заполонили воровскую систему (сейчас их 60-70% среди всех воров). И на ум приходит только одно объяснение: грузины – отставники ГУЛАГа и породили такую метаморфозу, т.е. влиятельная грузинская группировка МГБ всё равно осталась у власти через воров – своих представителей. Этакий «криминальный Сталин жив».
Но грузины не первыми стали размывать «старый, добрый» российский криминальный мир, а т.н. «ссученные», по зову Сталина перешедшие в 1942-м на другую сторону, т.е. отринув воровские традиции.
Значительную часть мемуаров Туманов (кстати, редкий случай в отечественной литературе: взгляд на ГУЛАГне глазами политзэка, как мы привыкли, а урки) занимает описание знаменитой криминальной войны – ссучившихся с ворами. Она началась в 1947-м и закончилась только в конце 50-х. Но и после ГУЛАГа воры находили лидеров «сук», и жестоко их убивали. Кстати, страшным мучениям уже в мирной жизни, в конце 50-х – 60-х годах воры подвергали и особо жестокое ГУЛАГовское начальство.
Вот одно из его описаний банд ссучившихся:
«Одной из самых беспощадных слыла команда Васьки Пивоварова, созданная в Караганде из отпетых угловников, провинившихся перед преступным миром и не имевших другого шанса выжить, кроме как вместе с лагерным начальством сломать хребет законному воровскому сообществу. Пивоваров сам был вором и попал в штрафбат. Повоевав и снова попав в тюрьму, пошёл в услужение чекистам. В его команде также были уголовники-фронтовики, в основном со сроками 25 лет.
Цель поездки таких бригад по лагерям состояла в демонстрации силы сучьей власти и в окончательном, любыми средствами, подавлении авторитета воров. Не политические, а именно честные воры выступали организаторами противостояния, и держали в напряжении Систему.
Группа Пивоварова уже прошла Воркуту, Норильск, Ангарск, Китой и теперь пришла на Колыму, оставляя после себя сотни трупов».
Далее он описывает войну воров и ссучившихся на Колыме – снова с сотнями трупов, сожжением бараков и даже их взрывом аммонитом (так, при взрыве одного барака погибло более 70 ссучившихся). Кстати, к середине 50-х остались только три точки в ГУЛАГе, где ссучившиеся не смогли взять власть: Колыма, Норильск и Воркута. Ваську Пивоварова, кстати, и убили на Колыме: «»Жизнь его закончилась на Индигирке в лагере при прииске «Ольчан». Он с надзирателем зайдёт к ворам в БУР. Вор Колька Цыган, отлично умеющий бить в сонную артерию, прыгнет с верхних нар и ударит его в шею заточкой».
А вот, например, как в конце 50-х воры расправились с одним из самых лютых лагерных чиновников – неким Романовым: «Три вора поймали его в Артеке. Ему перерезали сухожилия на руках и ногах и вдобавок изнасиловали».
К 1980-м эта Антисистема была почти размыта. Что она из себя представляла во времена расцвета, в середине 1980-х поведал один из «знаменитых» воров в законе Вася-Бриллиант (Бабушкин Василий Степанович) — последний вор «нэпманской закалки», из тех, кто формировал кодекс воровских правил. Бриллиант 44 года провёл в пересылках, тюрьмах и лагерях. За всю жизнь он ни дня не проработал на государство. До войны был смотрящим в нескольких зонах на Урале и Сахалине. В 1954 году по решению сходки убил трёх ссученных воров. Последние годы Бриллианта содержали в камере-одиночке и тщательно скрывали его местонахождение. 30 января 1986 года, когда Вася Бриллиант сидел в Соликамской ИТК-6 («Белый Лебедь») с ним встретился один из сотрудников центрального аппарата МВД. Из этой встречи цитируют фразу Бриллианта:
«Не списывайте все преступления на воров и не делайте из них козлов отпущения. Мы несём свои крест чистоты воровской жизни. Она чище, чем вся ваша государственная конюшня. Сегодня вы нас в петлю толкаете, а завтра, когда мы уйдем, удавка затянется на вашей шее.
Братва должна понять, что нам грозит разложение, нас хотят натравить друг на друга. Откуда этот ветер дует? Похоже, с Запада. Видно, опасаются нашей идейной сплоченности и хотели бы нас разобщить. Сиволапые (антисоветчики) топтали зоны, потом двинули за кордон. А там сообщили, что значит в России сила нашего братства.
Я встречался с Буковским на централе во Владимире. Он хотел тогда втянуть братву в политику, чтобы преступный мир поддержал диссидентов. Но у нас нет хозяев, а у них у всех хозяева на Западе. Наша позиция пришлась не по вкусу политическим. И теперь для них преступный мир, как и Россия, словно кость в горле».
После этой встречи оперативником Бриллиант прожил два месяца. Предполагают, что его задушил в камере наёмный убийца.
Ну а последний удар по воровскому миру (после ссучившихся и грузинов) нанесли чеченцы. Об этом подробно пишет в своей книге «Русская мафия» Владимир Мальсагов – о становлении чеченских ОПГ и вообще Ичкерии. Автор отмотал 10 лет в лагерях, там же на зоне сидел с основными главарями чеченцев, что впоследствии стали лидерами Ичкерии и организованной преступности.
Главная мысль книги: ещё в 70-е КГБ кооптировали в свои ряды чеченцев. Многие чеченские авторитеты даже офицерские звания КГБ-ФСБ имели. Вся т.н. организованная преступность не только находилась под контролем спецслужб, но и управлялась ими. Интересно, что одни из главных чеченских криминальных авторитетов – Хан Нухаев и Руслан Атлангериев носят криминальные клички Гитлер и Ленин соответственно.
Ну а тюремные наколки остались последним осколком воровского мира. По старой привычке зеки, даже не принадлежащие к воровской иерархии, всё равно «рисуют» на себе опознавательные знаки. Блог Толкователя перемежает фотографии «классических» воровских наколок с некоторыми аббревиатурами, до сих принятых в этом мире (и накалываемыми на тело как «объяснительная»).
