The number of bona fide resources that entered the registry of banned sites due to IP blocking exceeded three thousand. This was announced on December 25 by the RosKomSvoboda project.
In the eight days that have passed since the previous study, another 19 IP addresses were blacklisted, and five were excluded from it. But at some IP addresses there are several sites at once. In this regard, the number of bona fide resources that entered the registry due to the “proximity” to intruder sites has increased.

The RosKomSvoboda report of December 17 stated that more than two thousand bona fide resources are listed in the registry of banned sites. A total of 87 blacklisted IP addresses were then investigated.

RosKomSvoboda also notes that those IP addresses from which sites with prohibited information managed to "migrate" are not deleted from the registry.

The registry of banned sites started on November 1. According to the law, if the owner of the resource or hosting provider refused to delete the prohibited information, Roskomnadzor blacklisted the entire site and its IP address. Internet providers, in turn, are required to block access to these addresses.
