Стало быть, давайте далее просто делиться информацией (в каком объеме по какой теме - пусть каждый определит для себя сам), и если вдруг что-то кому-то покажется незаконным - просто проясним, при каких обстоятельствах то или иное действие ПО ОБСУЖДАЕМОЙ ТЕМЕ является законным, а при каких - нет.
Потому что в деятельности добросовестного специалиста из бизнеса или службы безопасности, как и в деятельности добросовестного частного детектива незаконного не может быть ничего. Недобросовестные промышленные шпионы и "оборотни" в погонах, либо уже без них - бывают, конечно. Но о таких гражданах речь идет в материалах, вроде того, который мы сейчас обсуждаем, а не в разделах про нормальную конкурентную разведку или ЧДД.
