In Bashkiria, a sales assistant of the Megafon mobile operator’s salon will appear before the court, who has printed out for her friend a detail of her boyfriend’s calls, the press service of the republican prosecutor’s office reports.
Former seller-consultant of Megafon Retail OJSC, 22-year-old Muradbek Ergashkhozhaev is accused of committing crimes under part 2 of Art. 138 (violation of the secrecy of telephone conversations) and part 2 of article 183 (illegal disclosure of information constituting a trade secret) of the Criminal Code.
According to investigators, in September of this year, Ergashkhozhaev agreed to provide her friend with details of her boyfriend's telephone conversations. Using his login and password to access the organization’s database, he printed out and handed the girl a document with information about the subscriber’s incoming and outgoing connections.
During the preliminary investigation, the ex-employee of Megafon partially pleaded guilty to the crimes.
The criminal case with the approved indictment was sent to the October City Court for consideration on the merits.

Jealous Convict Convicted of Telephone Conversations of His Ex-Spouse Convicted
In Mordovia, the court fined a jealous ex-spouse who checked outgoing and incoming calls from her ex-wife’s phone, the press service of the republican prosecutor’s office said.
The justice of the peace plot No. 1 of the Leninsky district of Saransk, 31-year-old local resident Anton Arsentyev was found guilty of an offense under part 1 of Art. 138 of the Criminal Code (violation of the secrecy of telephone conversations).
It was established that from November 27 to December 3, 2012, a man, out of a sense of jealousy, checked incoming and outgoing connections from a subscriber phone number belonging to his ex-wife. He received information about calls using his personal computer.
The man pleaded guilty. The court sentenced him to a fine of 10 thousand rubles.
