I represent the translated law of the Republic of Lithuania on private detective activity adopted by our "people's representatives" (see the appendix). We have it, as in the good old Soviet times - “according to the decision of the parties and the government, in unanimity with the will of the people” is the best and we are always ahead of the rest ...
With the grammar, I certainly didn’t have a good time at school, and I forgot a little ... therefore some minor errors are possible, translation inaccuracies in the sense that in Russian it can be written a little differently.
In any case, I tried to translate as the law was stated by our most “clever” “people's representatives”, with all their statements of the wording of the articles of the law, speech turnovers and other squiggles ...

If a citizen of the Republic actually just contacted (maintained any relationship , it doesn’t even matter which), even with former special services of another state, there is already dishonesty .... And that means you won’t get permission to work for NPVs .... And given the fact that most of our Russian BHs are mostly “former ", including from the special services, it’s not at all clear how you can get permission .... to a person who maintains relations with the Russian BH .... And if you go from the opposite, if the person in the Republic received permission to BH, but continues" with impunity "to contact, clearly, he works for the special services of the Republic ... Here is such a paradox .... Yes, and many more questions arise ... But more on that a little later ....
