Hi, yes these are regular scammers. And they hung a banner for solidity.
Although there’s even some kind of owner. Somewhere true, I already saw a similar owner on a similar site.

Like any system - not without sin! There are situations when the access code does not immediately come, this happens for 2 reasons, or the phone at that moment is out of the access zone, or there is a technical failure in the SMS message aggregator. Such failures are in all services related SMS, but not everyone speaks about it. This happens in 1-3 cases out of 100. In this case, just write your phone number through the feedback form on the website and your e-mail, we will send you an access code to it without problems.

Well, in our case, out of three requests, three failures !!! Doesn’t seem too much for you !?
