Автосалон подозревают в многократных продажах элитных машин, владельцы которых доверяли предприятию совершение сделок со своими автомобилями. Поняв, что машины проданы, а деньги за них никто возвращать не собирается, новосибирцы пошли в полицию. Там возбудили уголовное дело.
Директор компании «Автоконцепт 54 РУС» занимался продажей дорогих автомобилей по договору комиссии на подземной парковке «Ройял Парка». С 22 по 25 октября 2011 года он завладел вырученными от продажи автомобилей деньгами и скрылся, сообщила 1 ноября старший оперуполномоченный оперативно-розыскной части экономической безопасности и противодействия коррупции ГУ МВД РФ по НСО Ольга Табатчикова.
ООО «Автоконцепт54» прописалось на парковке «Ройял Парка» в 2008-м году. Кроме новеньких авто здесь, на площади чуть больше 100 кв. м, продавали и подержанные элитные иномарки.
Их владельцы подписывали с компанией гражданско-правовой договор, по условиям которого «Автоконцепт54» брал машину на реализацию за 4 % от ее стоимости. С учетом того, что средняя цена машины здесь составляла около 2 млн руб., за каждую продажу компания официально получала порядка 80 тыс. руб. Сколько машин продавал в месяц автосалон — пока неизвестно, однако пара десятков элитных иномарок ушли менее чем за неделю. В ГУВД по Новосибирской области говорят, что некоторые машины продавались один раз, некоторые — дважды и даже трижды. В полиции добавляют, что сбыть большую партию элитных автомобилей помогла политика снижения цен.

Сергей Денисов профессионально занимается продажей дорогих авто при помощи объявлений на сайте НГС. По его словам, о том, что появился человек, который очень дешево продавал BMW и Audi, перекупщики услышали в 20-х числах октября. «Я не при делах, но слышал, что цены были на треть ниже нормальных, — говорит Сергей. — Тогда продажи встали намертво, я сам BMW продавал». Он добавил, что владельцы машин уже кинулись на поиски своих авто, звонят тем, кто продает такие же, как у них, машины, и интересуются, почему их продают.
Владелец одной из машин лично обратился в редакцию НГС.НОВОСТИ и на условиях анонимности сообщил, что мошенническая схема была рабочей из-за одного нюанса. По его словам, при заключении договора обязательным условием было предоставление оригинала ПТС, который у мошенника как раз был. Следствию остается выяснить, сколько было «двойных» продаж и как стали возможны они.
