Откуда у лейтенантов деньги на такие машины - уже по этому должна проверка проводиться.
Я за практику ОПУ - с работы ушел - ксиву сдал. Оружие и удостоверение имеешь только при исполнении. Одно дело когда беспределили начальники органов - другое, когда свою безнаказанность чувствуют какие-то сержанты.
