In many respects I agree with my colleagues. However, in our opinion, do not miss the point that, as can be seen from the wording of the concept of "marketing research", available in the scientific literature on this subject, marketing research involves the study of the market. On the other hand , a number of colleagues are possibly right in that the market research provided as a private investigation service should be carried out on the basis of an agreement on the provision of this service with a third party and to protect the legitimate interests of this third party. So, it is most likely to use this "trump card" in relation to people who conduct marketing research on their own, so to speak, for their needs, is unlikely to work out. It's a pity ...
