International Congress of Private Detectives in the Czech Republic.
On March 11, in Russia, the day of a private security guard and a detective was celebrated. We (the MOD delegation) on the eve of this holiday attended an international meeting in Prague, organized by the Czech Detective Chamber.
Czech Detective Comoros (chamber) - This is an organization that has existed for more than 20 years and unites private detective and security structures operating in the Czech Republic. There are about 80 private detectives in the association, which roughly equals the number of licensed detectives in St. Petersburg. But Czech colleagues strive to expand and build up ties, therefore they organize international meetings where they share pressing problems and best practices.
This time the meeting was attended by guests from Germany, Austria, Poland, Ukraine and of course, Russia. The Russian delegation was represented by organizations ARD (Association of Russian Detectives) and IAPD (International Association of Detectives) represented by Vice President Dmitry Tretyakov and other current members from Europe.

Among the speakers was the Director of the Presidium of the Police of the Czech Republic, who is responsible for working with private organizations. The Czech police are organized in such a way that they allow the involvement of private traders to help maintain law and order. The police actively addressed the services of detectives during the World Cup. Accordingly, the work of organizations with the security forces is well established here.

The main agenda of the Czech detective community is similar to the Russian one. They have been trying to pass a law on private detective activity there since 1991 (the longest bill in the republic), and so far the detectives have to work in the gray zone. Be guided by the provisions of the government, which are reduced to the principle of "what is not prohibited is allowed." Market participants are just working on developing the legislative framework, trying to defend their interests and expand their legal capabilities.
And the main benefit of such meetings is an agreement between the participants on joint work. All parties are strengthening existing ties and establishing new contacts. Russian-speaking detectives work in the Czech Republic, which facilitates communication with Europe.
The congress, which took place at Berthold Castle, lasted a total of 7 hours and ended with an informal part - more substantive communication and the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Czech Chamber and the International Association of Detectives (IAPD). Thus, in a relaxed atmosphere and on a gratuitous basis, there is a strengthening of international security cooperation.

Международный съезд частных детективов в Чехии.
11 марта у нас в России отмечался день частного охранника и детектива. Мы(делегация МОД) накануне этого праздника посетили международную встречу в Праге, которую организовала Чешская Детективная Палата.
Чешская Детективная Комора (палата) — это организация, которая существует более 20-ти лет и объединяет частные детективные и охранные структуры, работающие на территории Чехии. Частных детективов в ассоциации насчитывается порядка 80-ти, что примерно равняется количеству лицензированных детективов в Санкт-Петербурге. Но чешские коллеги стремятся к расширению и наращиванию связей, поэтому организуют международные встречи, где делятся насущными проблемами и наработками.
В этот раз на встрече присутствовали гости из Германии, Австрии, Польши, Украины и конечно, России. Российская делегация была представлена организациями АРД (Ассоциация Российских Детективов) иIAPD (Международное Объединение Детективов) в лице вице-президента Дмитрия Третьякова и других действующих членов из Европы.

Чешская полиция устроена таким образом, что допускает привлечение частников для помощи в поддержании правопорядка. К услугам детективов полиция активно обращалась во время чемпионата мира. Соответственно, работа организаций с силовиками тут хорошо отлажена.

А главная польза таких встреч — это договоренности между участниками о совместной работе. Все стороны укрепляют имеющиеся связи и налаживают новые контакты. На территории Чешской Республики трудятся в том числе русскоязычные детективы, что облегчает коммуникацию с Европой.
Съезд, который проходил в замке Бертхолд, длился в общей сложности 7 часов и закончился неформальной частью — более предметным общением и подписанием соглашения о сотрудничестве между Чешской палатой и Международным Объединением Детективов (IAPD). Таким образом, в непринужденной обстановке и на безвозмездных началах, происходит укрепление международного сотрудничества в сфере безопасности.
