Good day!
In continuation of the letter dated 02/04/2021 about the work of detectives Yuri Pavlovich Ashaev (Yekaterinburg, Russia) and Dmitry Alexandrovich Zamay (Kharkov, Ukraine).
The reason for contacting a private detective was the following: an orphan girl under guardianship, according to the law, upon reaching the age of majority, claimed to receive a living space.
The administration of the Verkh - Isetsky district of Yekaterinburg refused to exercise this right, demanding a certificate of the absence of ownership at the place of birth of the ward (Ukraine, Mariupol).
There were no close relatives left in Mariupol, there was no one to turn to. We received no response to our repeated inquiries. It was not possible to get to Mariupol on my own. The lawyer who advised us in this case advised us to contact Yuri Pavlovich Ashaev. After meeting and talking with him, Yuri Pavlovich agreed to assist in obtaining the necessary document.
Through the efforts of Yuri Pavlovich Ashaev and Dmitry Alexandrovich Zamay, the document was received.
This certificate of the lack of ownership of the ward in Mariupol (Ukraine) became a weighty argument in a positive solution to the issue. The court recognized the right to exercise the rights of the plaintiff and made a decision, as a result of which the ward received a living space in Yekaterinburg.
Respect to detectives !!!
Best regards, Galina, Alexander, Valentina.
