My question is to lawyers who can advise on the subject of Copyright.

The question is as follows.
What awaits me if I want to use combined my text (authorship is fixed) and the musical composition of the author without his prior consent?

Здравствуйте, Уважаемые друзья, коллеги и посетители форума.
Мой вопрос к юристам, которые могут проконсультировать по теме Авторское право.
На сайте music.lib.ru случайно заглянул на страницу

Прослушал одну из композиций автора
без названия(минус)

Написал следующий текст

Далее написал автору 2-письма.
Первое письмо с желанием попробовать свои силы и дебютировать в качестве "текстовика" к композиции.
Второе письмо с текстом без указания размещения в интернете.
Ответа не получил.
Обратился к редактору сайта с просьбой посодействовать.
Ответ: Кроме "электронки" контактных данных нет.
Вопрос следующий.
Что меня ждёт,если я захочу использовать объединено мой текст (авторство закреплено) и музыкальную композицию автора без его предварительного согласия?
