Решение суда понятно...Ответственность администраторов форумов и пр. будет наступать только в том случае,если будет иметь место решение суда,в соответствии с которым информация будет признана не соответствующей действительности и в соответствии с решением суда,опять таки,должно иметь место возложение обязанностей на администрацию форумов об удалении данной информации.Вот если администрация форумов не исполнит решение суда в данной части-тогда и ответственность...
