Then I was presented with a choice of different car brands in order to return exactly my registration plate. It seems that this phone number is used more than once and immediately for several thefts (although, summing up all the arrogance of a thief, we can safely say that this is his permanent phone number). What a stupid arrogance. This time the conversation was quick and easy. It seems that the thief wanted to quickly get rid of the heavy thoughts that I put in his head the day before. The desire was so strong that in the penultimate SMS, the phrase appeared in all its glory: "Can you pick up your number under the buoy on the street faster so that it is not stolen?" I was lying laughing. How much decency, care and trembling excitement can wake up in a person who at night stole my registration plates!
Case for small. We will take a gang. I ask a relative to participate. With my phone she goes out and, as agreed, calls the attacker back from the car. Standing in the distance, I control the situation. It turns out the following: a man is observing from my house from the balcony on the 7th floor (by the way, this front door is the next from mine !!! Cosmic impudence!) Moreover, it is clear that he answers the call at the same time as the call from us. He looks exclusively towards the gas station. According to the directions, we find the numbers under the plastic guard. A person directs us to a nearby shopping center for payment. We play the play to the end. We fix the number of the web wallet and save a conversation record.
What we have at the exit: an approximate area for storing stolen numbers, the address of the attacker, his phone, voice and web wallet. What will be the result? That's right, according to the experience of the police - the case has no prospects and evidence! Or will it still be? We hope for law enforcement! Or, nevertheless, stick on the entrance door the announcement: "A thief lives here!" While I think, and good luck to you!
PS I will try to give recommendations to victims of such intruders:
Firstly, if you find a missing room, do not panic. Inspect the scene of the incident, you may find a note from the attacker in the car or next to it (it is important if there was windy weather).
Secondly, try to organize an independent search for rooms within a 5-minute walk on foot from the scene. You should examine the wheel arches of abandoned cars, porches, cellars and other possible places. This should be done because the standard scheme of the ransomware is as follows: numbers are stolen and immediately hidden in a place known to the attacker. After that, he only controls the flow of money and negotiates, not highlighting on the transfer of numbers.
Thirdly, domestic license plates, as well as license plates of the Baltic states are easily duplicated, so do not be fooled by extortion. You will get your numbers easier and cheaper.
Fourth, if you redeem a number, then boldly bargain, bring down the price, say that you will make a double of the number for less money, etc. Press on authority and communication.
Fifth, pull these ransomware by any means to the meeting, identify them when you receive the number (they will probably control it, as in my case) and pass it to law enforcement agencies.

Выезд с ребенком на выставку ледяных скульптур в Петропавловской крепости был омрачен принеприятнейшим событием. Выйдя к стоящей во дворе машине, мы обнаружили, что оба регистрационных знака с нее аккуратно сняты. Под снегом на лобовом стекле обнаруживаем записку с номером телефона +79500318115. Вот и все следы. Что делать? Делаем вызов «02». Полицейский попросил указать место и данные автомашины, после чего выслал дежурного участкового.
После часового стояния на морозе, к нам подъехал дежурный участковый на личном скромном джипе. Осмотрев место происшествия, блюститель порядка изрек, что, дескать, по номеру из записки следует позвонить, поторговаться и выкупить собственный номер - такие преступления не раскрываемы. Мы всё же написали заявление, дело обещали передать нашему участковому.
Проблема украденных номеров уже не столь актуальна в странах, в которых выдача их дубликатов уже четко отлажена, в т.ч. и в России. Наша машина - на иностранных номерах. Сделать дубликат без потери уймы времени и сил не представляется возможным. А в интернете в это время выскакивают объявления об изготовлении дубликатов ЛЮБЫХ номерных знаков мира. Правда, ниже всегда следует приписка, что за езду с такими номерами вас могут привлечь к административной ответственности.
...Набираю, указанный в записке, номер. Вызываемый абонент сбрасывает звонок, а через минуту получаю СМС с лаконичным "пиши". И вот здесь начинается длинная смс-переписка. Воришка утверждает, что всего лишь отобрал наши номера у малолеток. Тогда я предлагаю встретиться с чудо-героем, дабы пожать ему руку и вручить вознаграждение. Но, как и следовало ожидать, для меня уже уготована совсем другая схема передачи номеров: сначала положить 2000 тысячи рублей (именно к этой сумме привёл торг) на любой из пяти (!!!) предложенных веб-кошельков, а затем только получить смс-инструкции по поиску своего номера в городских джунглях! Так же необходимо вспомнить, что номер телефона-героя, оставленный под дворником, был тщательным образом написан чёрным маркером 2 раза на ровно отрезанном листике в клеточку. Гарантий у такого бартера не было никаких: сначала деньги, а потом может быть инструкции. Я представился и пошёл ва-банк - посоветовал вернуть мне номер бесплатно. Абонент пожелал большой удачи, и отключил телефон.
За это время я тщательным образом изучил все близлежащие окрестности. Поиск привел к обнаружению большого количества укромных мест, о которых обычный гражданин даже не догадывается, мирно прогуливаясь мимо. Ради интереса оглянитесь вокруг, задайтесь вопросами "где...? куда...?", и ваш глаз начнёт видеть n-ое число бесхозных машин (кстати, именно в одном из таких автомобилей я нашёл литовский номер), тепловые пункты, колодцы, щели в фундаменте домов и под урнами, большие элементы пластиковых ограждений, пандусы и т.д.
На следующий день телефон злоумышленника ожил, и на этот раз я завёл диалог от имени женщины. Легенда была простая: женщина не в курсе, что муж уже общался с кем-либо на эту тему. Тогда мне на выбор были представлены различные марки автомобилей, дабы вернуть именно мой регистрационный знак. Похоже, этот телефонный номер используется не однократно и сразу на несколько краж (хотя, суммируя все наглости вора, можно смело утверждать, что это его постоянный телефонный номер). Какая глупая наглость. На сей раз разговор протекал быстро и легко. Похоже, вор хотел побыстрее избавиться от тяжёлых мыслей, которые я поселил в его голове накануне. Желание было настолько сильным, что в предпоследнем СМС во всей красе предстала фраза:" А вы можете забрать ваш номер под буйком на улице побыстрее, чтобы его не украли?" Я лежал от смеха. Сколько добропорядочности, заботы и трепетного волнения может проснуться в человеке, который ночью УКРАЛ мои регистрационные знаки!
Дело за малым. Будем банду брать. Прошу родственницу поучаствовать. С моим телефоном она выходит и, как было условлено, отзванивается от машины злоумышленнику. Стоя в отдалении, я контролирую ситуацию. Выходит следующее: из моего же дома с балкона на 7-ом этаже (к слову, эта парадная - следующая от моей!!! Космическая наглость!) ведет наблюдение мужчина. Причем видно, что он отвечает на звонок одновременно со звонком от нас. Смотрит он исключительно в сторону АЗС. Согласно указаниям, находим под пластиковым ограждением номера. Лицо направляет нас для оплаты в соседний ТЦ. Играем спектакль до конца. Фиксируем себе номер веб-кошелька и сохраняем запись разговора.
Что мы имеем на выходе: примерный ареал хранения украденных номеров, адрес злоумышленника, его телефон, голос и веб-кошелек. Что будет в итоге? Правильно, по опыту полиции - у дела нет перспективы и доказательств! Или все же будет? Надеемся на правоохранителей! Или все же расклеить на входных дверях объявления: "Здесь живет вор!" Пока думаю, а вам - удачи!
P.S. Попробую дать рекомендации пострадавшим от подобных злоумышленников:
Во-первых, если вы обнаружили пропажу номеров, не впадайте в панику. Осмотрите место происшествия, возможно, вы обнаружите записку от злоумышленника на автомашине или рядом с ней (актуально, если была ветреная погода).
Во-вторых, попробуйте организовать самостоятельный поиск номеров в радиусе 5 минут ходьбы пешком от места происшествия. Следует осмотреть колесные арки брошенных машин, подъезды, подвалы и иные возможные места. Делать это следует потому, что стандартная схема работы вымогателя следующая: номера воруются и тут же прячутся в известное злоумышленнику место. После чего тот только контролирует поступление денег и ведет переговоры, не засвечиваясь на передаче номеров.
В-третьих, отечественные номерные знаки, а также номерные знаки прибалтийских государств легко дублируются, поэтому не ведитесь на вымогательства. Вы получите свои номера проще и дешевле.
В-четвертых, если выкупаете номер, то смело торгуйтесь, сбивайте цену, говорите, что вы сделаете дубль номера за меньшие деньги и т.п. Давите на авторитет и связи.
В-пятых, вытаскивайте этих вымогателей любыми путями на встречу, выявляйте их при получении номера (возможно, будут контролировать, как в моем случае) и передавайте органам правопорядка.
