Declassified documents of the Ministry of Defense on UPA in Ukraine

Just now, our Ministry of Defense published declassified documents that describe the crimes of Ukrainian Nazis. The very ones that today in the foggy brains of the Euromaidanites replace real historical heroes.
Of particular value is that there are few documents, only 7 turns. Therefore, I recommend that you familiarize yourself with them and use them as a powerful argument in discussions with friends from western Ukraine.

The activities of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN) and its armed formation - the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA) - have recently been actively studied in scientific literature, and publicists and memoirists write about it from different angles.
Taking this circumstance into account, in order to prevent falsification of historical truth during the preparation of the series, its compilers focused on plots that provoke the most heated debates, which are largely related to the lack of publicly available reliable documentary sources.
In the proposed series, there are originals of historical documents that until now have remained secret and accessible only to a narrow circle of specialists. Among them are reports, explanatory notes and special communications from officials of the Red Army and leaders of the Ukrainian partisan movement, containing documentary evidence of the origin and development of the nationalist movement in Ukraine, its partnership with the Nazis, the participation of nationalists in armed groups, their tactics of waging an armed struggle with the Red Army and repression against civilians.

Of undoubted interest for researchers studying domestic history and the history of Ukraine, the message of the People's Commissar of Internal Affairs of the USSR L.P. Beria to the head of the Main Political Administration of the Red Army L.Z. Mehlis of January 19, 1942 "on the attempts of the German command to create a" Ukrainian army "on the territory of Ukraine and the formation of punitive detachments of persons of Ukrainian nationality and deserters."

On the atrocities and inhuman attitude of Bandera towards fellow citizens - the execution by Ukrainian nationalists, dressed as Red Army soldiers, 115 residents p. Nova-Brikula of the Strusov district of the Ternopil region, and the bandit raid on the district center of Gorodnitsa of the Zhytomyr region, are evidenced by the act of the commission of the 1st division of the 206th guards light artillery regiment dated April 11, 1944 and the report of the head of the political department of the Kiev military district, Colonel Lukashuk, to the head of the GlavPU Red Army Colonel General A.S. The appearance of this series of historical documents was a continuation of the action carried out by the military department in order to military-patriotic education of the younger generation, to popularize the military history of our country and to counter its falsification.
