In accordance with Article 15.3 of the Law of the Russian Federation dated March 11, 1992 N 2487-I "On Private Detective and Security Activities in the Russian Federation" 1 - I order:
1. To approve, in agreement with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the attached model professional training programs for working as a private investigator:
1.1. The standard program of professional training for working as a private detective is “The program for the training of private detectives” (Appendix No. 1).
1.2. The standard program of professional training for working as a private detective is the "Program for Advanced Training of Private Detectives" (Appendix No. 2).
2. GUOOOP (Yu.K. Valyaev), GUT of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (D.V. Sharobarov), the heads of transport departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in federal districts, the East Siberian and Trans-Baikal Linear Departments, Simferopol Linear Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Transport, ministers of internal affairs in the republics, the heads of the main departments, the departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for other subjects of the Russian Federation to organize the study and implementation of the requirements of this order.
3. The control over the implementation of this order shall be assigned to the Deputy Ministers who are responsible for the relevant areas of activity.

В соответствии со статьей 15.3 Закона Российской Федерации от 11 марта 1992 г. N 2487-I "О частной детективной и охранной деятельности в Российской Федерации"1 - приказываю:
1. Утвердить по согласованию с Министерством образования и науки Российской Федерации прилагаемые типовые программы профессионального обучения для работы в качестве частного детектива:
1.1. Типовую программу профессионального обучения для работы в качестве частного детектива - "Программа профессиональной подготовки частных детективов" (приложение N 1).
1.2. Типовую программу профессионального обучения для работы в качестве частного детектива - "Программа повышения квалификации частных детективов" (приложение N 2).
2. ГУОООП (Ю.К. Валяеву), ГУТ МВД России (Д.В. Шаробарову), начальникам управлений на транспорте МВД России по федеральным округам, Восточно-Сибирского и Забайкальского линейных управлений, Симферопольского линейного отдела МВД России на транспорте, министрам внутренних дел по республикам, начальникам главных управлений, управлений МВД России по иным субъектам Российской Федерации организовать изучение и выполнение требований настоящего приказа.
3. Контроль за выполнением настоящего приказа возложить на заместителей Министра, которые несут ответственность за соответствующие направления деятельности.
