Many thanks to Vadim Portnoy from the detective agency PRIVATDETEKTIVS.LV (Riga, Latvia) for their professional work and assistance in finding a man who left the USSR of Latvia 30 years ago in the city of Vladivostok and since then there has been no news of him. All this time, his relatives tried to find their relative on their own, but their efforts did not bring any results.
This year (2016) relatives asked to find a person in Vladivostok. The order was immediately accepted and began negotiations with Vadim! The search began instantly and immediately information appeared that needed to be checked. We learned some information and most importantly, that the wanted person is alive and well! But here we are faced with difficulties, the person whom we are looking for is not a simple citizen who lives by registration, but the person who is hiding, encrypting, and the people around him are also confusing with false information. At one point, it seemed that nothing would come of us and that a person could not be found. But there it was ... Vadim went deep into the order and, having shown his professionalism, brought the matter to an end. The person is found, the order is 100% complete.

Огромная благодарность Вадиму Портному, от детективного агентства PRIVATDETEKTIVS.LV (Рига, Латвия) за профессиональную работу и помощь в поиске человека, который 30 лет назад уехал из Латвийской СССР в г. Владивосток и с тех пор о нем не было никаких известий. Все это время его близкие пытались самостоятельно разыскать своего родственника, но их старания не приносили каких-либо результатов.
В этом году (2016) обратились родные с просьбой найти человека в Владивостоке. Заказ сразу же принял и начал переговоры с Вадимом! Поиск начался мгновенно и сразу же появилась информация, которую нужно-было проверить. Мы узнали, кое-какие сведенья и главное, что разыскиваемый человек жив и здоров! Но тут мы столкнулись с трудностями, человек, которого мы разыскиваем не простой гражданин, который живет по прописке, а человек, который скрывается, шифруется и окружающие его люди также сбивают с толку ложными сведениями.
