In addition to the indexation of pensions, which was carried out in January, the state promises military pensioners a surcharge of 2.5 thousand rubles. The allowance for the basic pension guaranteed by the state, the allowance will begin very soon - from February 1.
The corresponding decree has already been signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The former military personnel, as well as former employees of the internal affairs bodies, the Russian Guard, the Federal Penitentiary Service and the fire services, will be able to receive this surcharge.
According to the statements that have already been made, this year the entire necessary amount was fully budgeted for the implementation of this decision. Therefore, a supplement to the military pension will be issued on time and in full.
Note, from January 1, military pensioners indexed pensions by 3.7%. For these purposes, 2.5 billion rubles were budgeted. So the February increase in the military pension is the second increase in 2018.
The Ministry of Defense says that this is far from all pleasant surprises for military pensioners. The agency promises an increase in military pensions in 2019 and 2020. It is already known that in the next two years, the pensions of military pensioners will certainly be indexed. Indexation will not be lower than the inflation rate of the year preceding indexation. For these purposes, it is planned to allocate 3.1 billion rubles.

Доплата военным пенсионерам с 1 февраля 2018 года: новости о повышении пенсии
В 2018 году пенсии военных пенсионеров обязательно вырастут, заявляют в правительстве страны.
Помимо индексации пенсий, которая была осуществлена в январе, государство обещает военным пенсионерам доплату в размере 2,5 тыс рублей. Надбавка к основной пенсии гарантированная государством надбавка начнет уже совсем скоро – с 1 февраля.

Получать эту доплату смогут бывшие военнослужащие, а также бывшие сотрудники органов внутренних дел, Росгвардии, ФСИН и пожарных служб.
Согласно уже прозвучавшим заявлениям, в этом году на выполнение данного решение в бюджет была заложена полностью вся необходимая сумма. Поэтому доплата к пенсии военным будет выдаваться вовремя и в полном объеме.
Отметим, с 1 января военным пенсионерам проиндексировали пенсии на 3,7%. На эти цели было заложено в бюджете 2,5 млрд рублей. Так что февральская прибавка к пенсии военных – это уже второе повышение за 2018-й год.
В Минобороны заявляют, что это далеко не все приятные сюрпризы для военных пенсионеров. Ведомство обещает рост военных пенсий в 2019 и 2020 годах. Уже известно, что в последующие два года пенсии военных пенсионеров обязательно будут индексироваться. Индексация будет не ниже уровня инфляции года, предшествующего индексации. На эти цели предусмотрено выделить 3,1 млрд рублей.
