The Ministry of Communications refused to transfer Russians to SIM cards approved by the FSB
The Ministry of Communications has stopped the development of an order on the mandatory transition of Russians to SIM cards with cryptographic protection, which the FSB had previously approved. Now in Russia, 260 million SIM cards are used, and per year, operators change about 30-50 million of them.
