Today, the personnel of the Southern Regional Center of EMERCOM of Russia solemnly bade farewell to the Battle Banner, under the shadow of which more than one page of heroism, courage and resilience of firefighters and rescuers is written into the history of the EMERCOM of Russia in fulfilling its duty to protect the population and territories from natural and man-made threats.
