Итак, какие же самые распространенные мошенничества процветают на сайтах знакомств?
О мелких и не слишком опасных – скажем скороговоркой, через запятую. В тексте анкеты или на фотке помещается Интернет-адрес сайта, где «вся информация обо мне и еще мои фотки». Посетитель набирает этот адрес и к нему начинает ломиться вирус-троян. Точка.

Поэтому – дизайн странички сделан на коленке, весьма корявенько. Сама страничка представляет собой дневничок девушки и ее фотоальбомчик. «Девочка» рассказывает о себе, делиться переживаниями по разным поводам, помещает пару любимых стихов, текст песенки, гороскопчик, пару кулинарных рецептиков.
Цель одна – лох должен поверить, что вот эта красивая и незакомлексованная девочка живет в его городе, учится или работает. И с ней очень легко познакомиться. А познакомится – стоит того. Потому что и некоторые истории, которые она рассказывает, выдают в ней девицу, готовую к сексу почти всегда. И фотографии подобраны соответствующие (тут важное условия – фотографии не должны быть профессиональными и никакого гламура – иначе лоха можно спугнуть).
С каждой страничкой фотки становятся все горячее, а рассказы все откровеннее.

А жулики из "банкасмс" продолжают, судя по всему, зажигать. Рассылают вот такое письмо:
В ближайшее время на нашем сайте будет запущена система мгновенной оплаты SMS на кошелек WebMoney. (Получено SMS - Вам отправлен перевод на WMZ)
Для получения возможности пользования данной услугой желательно иметь Персональный Аттестат WebMoney.(Это даст возможность получить больший процент)
Будут действовать три варианта оплаты:
1)Оплата SMS происходит раз в месяц с 14-18 числа каждого отчетного периода ваша доля 42% от стоимости SMS(Также как сейчас)

История продолжается. Как мы уже говорили в течение этого года прекратилось сотрудничество с "банкомсмс" сначала провайдера "smstraffic", затем с "банкомсмс" расстался и "Инфон". Это естественно, солидным фирмам вовсе не улыбается, что их доброе имя будет ассоциироваться с сомнительными сайтами.
Теперь "умельцы" нашли нового провайдера - одну из лучших фирм такого направления в Рунете. Мы поинтересовались у представителей фирмы - имеют ли они представление о репутации своих новоявленных партнеров?
Как и положено солидной компании, ответ пришел очень быстро и вопрос в присланном письме прозвучал тревожно "Действительно, не так давно мы начали сотрудничество с этим сервисом. Не могли бы вы поделиться накопленным негативом по поводу их работы?"
Поскольку информации нами накоплено достаточно, мы охотно выполнили просьбу. Второе письмо пришло так же быстро.
Присланная вами подборка ссылок может свидетельствовать о том, что владелец сервиса не выполняют своих обязательств по выплатам своим партнерам.
Далее представитель компании постарался немедленно дистанцироваться от возможных проблем, заявив, что: "Должен заметить, что в договоре, заключенном между нами и владельцем сервиса (с его содержанием вы можете ознакомиться при регистрации в нашей партнерской программе), никак не оговаривается вопрос наличия у нашего партнера финансовых и прочих обязательств перед третьими лицами в связи с использованием предоставленного нами сервиса. Собственная же оферта сервиса Banksms.ru сформулирована довольно туманно."

Судите сами: сайты знакомств этого проекта – самые популярные и посещаемые, народу там тусуется – море, а премодерации анкет и фотографий – нету. Пиши что хочешь, вешай любые фотки – все прокатит, пока и если модераторы не заметят. Заметят – уберут.
Итак, какие же самые распространенные мошенничества процветают на сайтах знакомств?
О мелких и не слишком опасных – скажем скороговоркой, через запятую. В тексте анкеты или на фотке помещается Интернет-адрес сайта, где «вся информация обо мне и еще мои фотки». Посетитель набирает этот адрес и к нему начинает ломиться вирус-троян. Точка.
Или другой, близкий вариант. Посетитель набирает адрес и его перебрасывает на сайт с проститутками, а «спамер» (договримся так называть того, кто размещает анкеты и фотки на сайтах) получает свои 5 центов – если клиент кликнет на сайте с проститутками по любой фотке. Дневной доход такого незатейливого спамера – 5-8 баксов.
На фотке или в анкета помещен адрес сайта, где можно за деньги подключиться к веб-камере отвязной девицы. В принципе – тут все честно, тут не мошенничество, а реклама, спам – точнее говоря. Доход – баков 20, не более.
Самый крутой и самый прибыльный вариант – это уже чистейшей воды мошенничество. Схема такая: в анкете или на фотке адрес сайта, который сделан в форме персональной странички девочки. Главная цель странички – чтобы посетитель и потенциальный лох не понял, что он имеет дело с профессионалами.
Поэтому – дизайн странички сделан на коленке, весьма корявенько. Сама страничка представляет собой дневничок девушки и ее фотоальбомчик. «Девочка» рассказывает о себе, делиться переживаниями по разным поводам, помещает пару любимых стихов, текст песенки, гороскопчик, пару кулинарных рецептиков.
Цель одна – лох должен поверить, что вот эта красивая и незакомлексованная девочка живет в его городе, учится или работает. И с ней очень легко познакомиться. А познакомится – стоит того. Потому что и некоторые истории, которые она рассказывает, выдают в ней девицу, готовую к сексу почти всегда. И фотографии подобраны соответствующие (тут важное условия – фотографии не должны быть профессиональными и никакого гламура – иначе лоха можно спугнуть).
С каждой страничкой фотки становятся все горячее, а рассказы все откровеннее.
А затем – стоп, дальше идет переход в «закрытую зону», куда «до 18 лет» нельзя, нужен пароль. И тут девочка просит лоха доказать, что он – не малолетка. Как? Да очень просто. У малолеток, дескать, не бывает мобильных телефонов. Поэтому – пошли со своего телефона смску на короткий номер – и получи пароль для входа в закрытую зону. И обязательно написано, что цена такой смски – чисто символическая, несколько центов. В реальности же смска стоит от 3 до 5 долларов.
Как это реализовано технически? Известно, что сотовые операторы сдают короткие номера в аренду. Одному человеку взять такой номер – слишком дорого.
Но есть крупные контент-провайдеры, типа фирмы «Инфон», у которой много номеров в аренде. И они эти номера сдают в субаренду. То есть – к короткому номеру добавляется префикс и в аренду уже сдается префикс. Например. Короткий номер 1055. Если на номер 1055 будет отправлено сообщение, начинающееся на «w1», то система «Инфона» точно знает, что часть стоимости смс должна быть зачислена на счет субарендатора “w1”.
Аренда номера с префиксом у Инфона стоит гораздо меньше, чем аренда у операторов сотовой связи, разница на порядок. Зато Инфон может продать бесконечное количество префиксов.
Далее происходит следующее. Появляется человек, который имеет желание создать инструмент для мошенников. Он берет в аренду префикс и создает свой сайт. Вот, например – реальный сайт под такого рода бизнес:https://banksms.ru
Создав сайт и заключив договор с Инфоном, владелец сайта (а им должно быть юридическое лицо – в нашем случае, одно из предприятий города Ижевска – некий «Фонд поддержки ветеранов войны»), начинает искать тех, кто будет заниматься самим спамом. Находит довольно быстро – желающих обуть лоха в интернете великое множество. Спамер регистрирует аккаунт на сайте, получает ссылку и вставляет ее в свои сайты, те, что «с девочками». Все, схема начинает работать.
Теперь о том, сколько и кому полагается от такой схемы денег. Давайте считать – из расчета 5 баксов за смс. Разные операторы сотовой связи забирают от 45 до 49% от цены смс. Остальная сумма падает на счет «Инфона». Который от этой суммы забирает процентов 10. Остальное полагается сайту типа banksms.ru.
Но банк хотя и обещает своим спамерам от 40 до 60 % от цены смс, платит гораздо меньше. Реализовано это изящно – спамеру просто засчитывают только каждую третью смску.
Могут сказать – ну, разве это бизнес? Дескать – много ли таких лохов найдется, чтобы смски слать? Много. Очень много. Один единственный спамер с одним единственным сайтом никогда не получает меньше 100-150 долларов в день. Умножьте на число дней в месяце. Иногда и большие суммы набегают – в течение дня.
Создатель сайта-«банка» наваривает в месяц около 20 000 долларов. Часть – на том самом проценте. Что идет ему, часть на «кидании» самих спамеров – самых успешных просто обманут, заявив, что на его аккаунт поступило много жалоб от обманутых пользователей. Представить, что спамер побежит жаловаться, будто его кинули в тот момент, когда он сам кидал народ – довольно трудно.
Есть ли защита от этого вида мошенничества и почему оно продолжает процветать? Начнем со второго вопроса. Потому что тут все ступеньки пирамиды получают прибыль. Получают прибыль операторы сотовой связи. Получает прибыль «Инфон». Эти две конторы, к слову, вряд ли в курсе, что участвуют в мошенничестве и обвинить их можно только в непродуманности схемы предоставления услуг аренды коротких номеров.
Получает прибыль и создатель «банка-смс». Именно он организатор мошенничества и его идейный вдохновитель. Получает прибыль спамер. А кто в убытке? Ну, только лох да еще модераторы сайтов знакомств. Первый теряет деньги, вторые – время на удаление спамерских анкет.
Как от этого защититься? Информация – лучшая защита. Если вы знаете о способе мошенничества – вы вряд ли попадетесь на него. Чего мы вам и желаем.
Есть ли управа на жуликов? Как говорят специалисты - рынок высоких технологий развивается с бешеной скоростью. За ним просто не успевают ни правоохранители, ни законодательство. Стражи порядка инертны, часто просто не знают – как взяться за такие дела.
Но в данном конкретном случае – мы постараемся им помочь, ведь у нас на руках есть все данные, начиная с реквизитов и заканчивая паспортными данными организаторов. Плюс – вся рабочая схема аферы. Еще плюс - один из депутатов, у которого грядут выборы, согласился взять это дело под личный депутатский контроль. Нас это устраивает - депутату пиар, а людям - польза.
