They basically saw enough movies about contract killings and how the children got bogged down in their fantasies. They come to performers through police officers-corrupt officials, private security agencies, private detectives, their own security services, etc. There it’s really possible to find people who can reduce with whom you need. Often the customer then abandons his own plans or is helped to do this (among the commanders there are real psychologists who can explain the severity of the consequences). Эксперт по рынку заказных убийств рассказал “МК” о том, кто и как сейчас готовит в России киллеров
Мафиози, поливающие оппонентов автоматным огнем, гангстеры, кладущие почтенную публику лицом вниз, — все это, увы, не осталось за поворотом истории. Иначе нас не потрясали бы время от времени громкие убийства, подобные расстрелу бизнесмена Калмановича — его “казнили” в центре Москвы, под окнами ОВД... И все эти криминальные драмы в России не были бы возможны, если бы не существовало людей, способных не только задумать их, но и виртуозно реализовать. Кто эти люди и стоит ли их опасаться рядовым гражданам, выяснил “МК” у эксперта, который занимается исследованием рынка заказных убийств. По понятным причинам он пожелал остаться неизвестным.
— В самых темных глубинах подпольной жизни столицы всегда в полной боевой готовности ждут своего часа криминальные исполнители под любой заказ, — начал свою “исповедь” мой собеседник. — Среди них есть и малозаметные стрелки-одиночки, и слаженные группы, вооруженные до зубов новейшим оружием.
— Какие из последних громких убийств на их счету?
— Практически все. Но называть конкретные дела, которые у всех на слуху, значило бы развенчивать мифы, а смысла в этом нет. Если преступление официально числится нераскрытым, это не значит, что следствие не знает правду. Иногда ее не могут доказать, а иногда не хотят. Каждой заинтересованной стороне выгодна своя версия, иначе всплывут темные дела и высокие связи не только покойного, но и живых. Так что пусть громкие расстрелы так и останутся легендами, тем более что это только малая часть заказной работы. И не всегда самая трудная, кстати.
— И откуда берутся такие виртуозы, для которых нашумевшие нападения — рядовая работа?

Вот потому цена резонансной акции объективно может быть ниже, чем действия в отношении никому не известных персонажей. Хотя, конечно, перед заказчиком это не имеет смысла афишировать. Что касается того, откуда берутся такие люди... Практически все они выходцы из спецслужб. Например, среди них много выпускников Рязанского десантного училища. Боевая выучка не в тюрьмах приобретается. Чтобы расстрелять человека на глазах толпы среди бела дня, нужно уметь отрешиться от обстановки, видеть перед собой только цель и иметь навыки, доведенные до автоматизма. Хорошо подготовленных офицеров у нас хватает, а они способны обучить молодых ребят с крепкими нервами и мышцами.
— И во сколько сегодня оценивается человеческая жизнь на криминальном рынке?
— Цена жизни как таковой очень низкая. Можно ведь нанять какого-нибудь наркомана, который прикончит ненужного вам человека за дозу. А вот стоимость красивой показательной акции высока. При этом убийство или членовредительство не имеет твердой таксы — тут все зависит от личности заказчика, его потребностей и, разумеется, самой жертвы и ее связей (а то ведь вдруг найдутся те, кто пожелает отомстить, не дожидаясь обвинительного заключения и приговора). Но обычно это не меньше 100 тыс. долларов. Если речь идет о том, чтобы напугать или убрать какого-нибудь крупного коррупционера, обычно сговариваются на сумме в полмиллиона—миллион. — В каждом из этих громких дел “работали” киллеры разного уровня, но в целом операции прошли грамотно и без ошибок. Замечу, что современные заказные убийства очень отличаются от тех, что были в 90-е. Тогда убивали типично, предельно просто: расстреливали в самом безопасном месте в самое безопасное время (скажем, ночью в темном переулке). Сегодня операции все больше и больше отклоняются от “нормы”. Политковская была убита днем. И она была женщиной. А в кругах криминальных, и особенно кавказских (а тут кавказский след отчетливо виден), раньше считалось недостойно убивать женщин. Теперь этого нет. Что касается убийства Калмановича, его расстреляли из автомата — это классика. Но обратите внимание, в какой обстановке все это произошло, — под носом у милиции. Но он стреляет именно в живот. Между тем за те 2,5 секунды, что у него были, с учетом опять же небольшого расстояния (70—80 метров) он легко мог бы выстрелить в сердце или голову, что было бы наверняка. Но он заставляет человека мучиться. Теперь заказные убийства все чаще имеют демонстративную личностную подоплеку. Вообще изменились все три звена — заказчик, исполнитель и жертва. В роли последних все чаще выступают интеллигентные люди. Даже Вячеслав Иваньков в последнее время позиционировал себя как интеллигент, хоть и криминальный. Не случайно он любил говорить: “Для меня закат дороже миллиарда долларов”. Их заказчики тоже интеллигенты, отсюда и замысловатые убийства, сделанные “со вкусом”.
И еще появился новый вид заказного убийства. Когда человека убивают потому, что он является заложником в неком криминальном или коррупционном конфликте.

Но чтобы ликвидировать его, опять же потребуется профессионал. Так что обычно легче изначально поручить ему основную работу, чем привлекать к ней плохо предсказуемого отморозка. Еще полтора десятка лет некоторые шли “обходным” путем, потому что в те времена трупов было слишком много и никто их особо не подсчитывал. А сегодня каждое убийство на счету, так что убирать исполнителя — ненужный риск. Да и заказы поступают в основном, повторюсь, не на крайние меры. Так что “пехота” жива и здорова. — А кто чаще всего выступает в роли заказчика? Может, сами бандиты, иначе как они бы вышли на таких “командиров” и их “пехоту”?
— Если бы они были бандитами, то решали бы все вопросы сами. Наоборот, это вполне цивилизованные граждане, и прямых контактов с криминалом у них нет. Они в основном насмотрелись фильмов про заказные убийства и как дети увязли в своих фантазиях. Выходят на исполнителей они через милиционеров-коррупционеров, частные охранные конторы, частных детективов, службы собственной безопасности и т.д. Там реально найти людей, которые могут свести с кем нужно. Часто заказчик потом сам отказывается от собственных планов или ему помогают это сделать (среди командиров есть настоящие психологи, которые умеют объяснить всю тяжесть последствий). Но берут при этом огромные (до 50%) отступные. И надолго сажают таких фантазеров на крючок: например, вклиниваются в их бизнес. Так что знакомство в любом случае оказывается очень дорогим. Реальным заказчиком, да и то мягких мер, оказывается лишь каждый десятый.
— Заказы, судя по вашим словам, бывают все же редко, а чем занимаются такие бойцы в свободное время?
— Выступают в роли телохранителей криминальных личностей или бизнесменов. Но это, разумеется, нелегальная, или, как мы ее называем, “черная” охрана. Держать бойцов в постоянной готовности, тренировать их (кстати, в основном тренинги происходят в Москве, но бывает, приходится отправляться на какие-то дальние заброшенные полигоны) — это все огромных денег стоит. Если сидеть в ожидании заказа, можно ведь и разориться.
Потому часто группы таких боевиков находят спонсоров — их в складчину финансируют бизнес-структуры, которые решают коммерческие проблемы силовыми методами. А вообще к услугам “черных” охранников прибегают довольно часто именно потому, что они действительно профессионалы. Подготовку “белой” и “черной” охраны даже сравнивать нельзя. Обычный охранник не имеет боевой выучки, а в специальной школе его обучат такому минимуму, что и говорить смешно. Конкурентами (да и то условными) криминальной “черной” охраны может быть только охрана милицейская. Но ведь далеко не каждый бизнесмен хочет, чтобы милиция была в курсе его движений.
— Методы работы у киллеров все те же — от бейсбольной биты и арматуры до пули и подрывов?
— Уже нет. В последнее время усилился интеллектуальный блок, планирующий акции. Ведь заказчик хочет чего-нибудь яркого, зрелищного, а то и экзотичного. Чаще стали просить об инсценировке ДТП, производственной травмы и отравлении медленно действующим ядом. Были случаи, когда люди просили лишить жертву зрения, половых органов (в отместку за совершенное изнасилование) или найти донора для трансплантации органов в безнадежной медицинской ситуации. Однако это нетипичные трагичные истории.
— А обычные граждане часто страдают от рук бойцов?
— В принципе уровень их подготовки таков, что случайные жертвы практически исключены. И сбои бывают чаще в провинции, где выбор исполнителей не такой большой. К примеру, недавно в Самаре расстреляли охрану местного рынка — два трупа, раненых человек 5—6. Среди жертв одна случайная прохожая, и это явно брак в работе. Профессионал обязан наносить точные удары. Даже в инсценировке ДТП не должны страдать посторонние.
— Приведите еще пример неудачной операции.
— Помню ситуацию, которая даже меня удивила. Четверо бойцов сопровождали клиента, за жизнь которого и копейку было дать нельзя (“приговор” ему был вынесен давно на самом высоком уровне). Выстрел раздался с крыши двухэтажного здания, и помочь при таком ранении было уже невозможно. Так вот все четверо “черных” охранников буквально застыли в ступоре и смотрели на эту агонию. Это был какой-то психоз, они ни на что не реагировали. Я слышал о таком, но видел впервые.

— К сожалению, криминальные “черные” телохранители сегодня стали объективной реальностью. В последнее время законодателями было принято много позитивных мер, и вся российская охрана размежевалась: большая часть занялась легальным бизнесом, остальные ушли в тень. Так вот последние — это 100%-ный криминал, никаких лицензий у них нет, оружие только личное, зачастую переделанное под серьезную стрельбу. А вообще легальные охранники сильно проигрывают “черным”. И в Москве уже разрешился не один конфликт в пользу последних. Например, в торговых центрах охранник отключает на время для воров рамку и после смены получает за это свою тысячу рублей. Если отказывается, с ним разбираются “черные” охранники, которых нанимают воры. Но они не отказываются, потому что понимают, на чьей стороне сила. Да и вообще, легальные охранные структуры набирают персонал, заранее зная, что их клиенты ради экономии заказывают лишь номинальные услуги. Одни делают вид, что платят, другие — что охраняют. Мафиози, поливающие оппонентов автоматным огнем, гангстеры, кладущие почтенную публику лицом вниз, — все это, увы, не осталось за поворотом истории. Иначе нас не потрясали бы время от времени громкие убийства, подобные расстрелу бизнесмена Калмановича — его “казнили” в центре Москвы, под окнами ОВД... И все эти криминальные драмы в России не были бы возможны, если бы не существовало людей, способных не только задумать их, но и виртуозно реализовать. Кто эти люди и стоит ли их опасаться рядовым гражданам, выяснил “МК” у эксперта, который занимается исследованием рынка заказных убийств. По понятным причинам он пожелал остаться неизвестным.
— В самых темных глубинах подпольной жизни столицы всегда в полной боевой готовности ждут своего часа криминальные исполнители под любой заказ, — начал свою “исповедь” мой собеседник. — Среди них есть и малозаметные стрелки-одиночки, и слаженные группы, вооруженные до зубов новейшим оружием.
— Какие из последних громких убийств на их счету?
— Практически все. Но называть конкретные дела, которые у всех на слуху, значило бы развенчивать мифы, а смысла в этом нет. Если преступление официально числится нераскрытым, это не значит, что следствие не знает правду. Иногда ее не могут доказать, а иногда не хотят. Каждой заинтересованной стороне выгодна своя версия, иначе всплывут темные дела и высокие связи не только покойного, но и живых. Так что пусть громкие расстрелы так и останутся легендами, тем более что это только малая часть заказной работы. И не всегда самая трудная, кстати.
— И откуда берутся такие виртуозы, для которых нашумевшие нападения — рядовая работа?
— Я же не говорю “рядовая”, а объясняю, почему резонансное преступление скрывает само себя. Даже если бойцы совершили какие-то ошибки, их постараются не заметить, чтобы ни один конец веревочки не выскользнул из клубка. А виртуозы своего дела (как вы выражаетесь) требуются там, где следствие будет стараться от души, но зацепить исполнителя не сумеет. Вот потому цена резонансной акции объективно может быть ниже, чем действия в отношении никому не известных персонажей. Хотя, конечно, перед заказчиком это не имеет смысла афишировать. Что касается того, откуда берутся такие люди... Практически все они выходцы из спецслужб. Например, среди них много выпускников Рязанского десантного училища. Боевая выучка не в тюрьмах приобретается. Чтобы расстрелять человека на глазах толпы среди бела дня, нужно уметь отрешиться от обстановки, видеть перед собой только цель и иметь навыки, доведенные до автоматизма. Хорошо подготовленных офицеров у нас хватает, а они способны обучить молодых ребят с крепкими нервами и мышцами.
