When detaining a man, they found business cards of a private detective, a large number of advertising leaflets from his agency, instructions on “How to Talk with Suckers,” as well as a detailed diary in which he wrote down all his actions.
“Now we are carefully studying the entries in this diary,” said Ruslan Ariskin. - And we can already say that the detainee was involved in several dozen frauds in Moscow. In addition, fraud schemes that the attacker was just about to implement were described in detail in the same notebook. ”
A police captain’s uniform was found in the baggage of the bullied. He claims that he served as a district police officer for several years, but investigators believe that the fraudster used a uniform in his crimes.

Москва, 23 сентября. 31-летний житель Челябинской области задержан в четверг днём в ходе спецоперации сотрудниками уголовного розыска ОВД по Дмитровскому району столицы при попытке скрыться. Он поизобличён в мошенничестве - представляясь частным детективом, мужчина брал крупные суммы для «решения вопросов», после чего переставал выходить на связь с клиентами.
«В конце мая в милицию обратилась москвичка, проживающая на Дмитровском шоссе, - рассказал корреспонденту «БалтИнфо»
подполковник Руслан Арискин, старший оперуполномоченный ОВД «Дмитровский» северного округа столицы.- Она заявила, что передала некоему частному детективу 190 тысяч рублей - он обещал ей выписать бывшего мужа из квартиры. Однако после получения денег мужчина пропал, на звонки не отвечал, а затем и просто сменил номер обильного телефона. В ходе розыска удалось установить личность подозреваемого, и в четверг днём он был задержан в поезде «Москва - Челябинск», при попытке уехать на родину, в город Заозёрск».
При задержании у мужчины нашли визитные карточки частного детектива, большое количество рекламных буклетов его агентства, инструкцию «Как разговаривать с лохами», а так же... подробный дневник, в котором он записывал все свои действия.
«Сейчас мы внимательно изучаем записи в этом дневнике, - рассказал Руслан Арискин. - И уже можем говорить, что задержанный причастен к нескольким десяткам мошенничеств на территории Москвы. Кроме того, в этом же блокноте подробно расписаны схемы мошенничеств, которые злоумышленник только собирался реализовывать».
В багаже задеранного обнаружена форма капитана милиции. Сам он утверждает, что несколько лет служил участковым, но оперативники считают, что мошенник использовал мундир в своих преступлениях.
Как выяснилось, большую часть денег он переводил на родину - жене и двухлетней дочери.
