In all, preparations are underway for the X anniversary of the MOD conference!
The conference will be held on September 23, 24 and 25, 2019 in the glorious city of St. Petersburg.

September 23 and 24 we spend together with the NSB of St. Petersburg and the International Police Association in the Nikolaev Palace.
09/25/2019, the final day of the conference, we plan to hold it on the ship (about the program of this day later).

I hope April 29th.
But not everything depends on me.
I planned today (yesterday) to determine the date, but failed.
