Employees of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia in the Irkutsk Region took part in a unique action of the interregional public organization to promote patriotic education and strengthen public diplomacy "All Worlds". The action is part of the All Elements program with the support of the Night Wolves Motoclub.
