The opening ceremony of the 15th All-Russian Fire Rescue Competition for the Minister’s Cup for Emergencies, the Cup of the Central Council of the All-Russian Volunteer Fire Society and the first ever Cup of the Head of the Republic of Mordovia took place in Saransk.
