In Novosibirsk, the activity of the next pseudo-real estate agency was suppressed. According to investigators, hundreds of people were injured at the hands of fraudsters, while only one of the employees of the housing office opened a criminal case.
Recently, police officers had to listen to a similar story from not a single person. As part of the operational actions, after some time it was possible to reach a group of scammers who, under the guise of a real estate agency, suggested that Novosibirsk citizens quickly and inexpensively pick up an option for rental housing for them. Pseudo realtors made a contract with customers, which indicated the address of the apartment, time and mobile phone, supposedly, of its owner.
After the so-called control purchase, the police searched the agency’s office, where they found a journal with the data of the victims and the money they took from people for searching for non-existent rental housing. In addition, the same cell phones were found, whose numbers allegedly belonged to the owners of the apartments. So far, police say, a criminal case has been instituted only against one of the employees of the housing office, but, despite all the evidence gathered, the girl does not want to facilitate the investigation.

В Новосибирске пресечена деятельность очередного псевдориелтерского агентства. Как полагают следователи, от рук мошенников пострадали сотни человек, пока уголовное дело заведено только на одну из сотрудниц жилищной конторы.
Подобную историю сотрудникам милиции в последнее время приходилось выслушивать ни от одного человека. В рамках оперативных действий через какое-то время удалось выйти на группу мошенников, которые под видом риелтерского агентства предлагали новосибирцам быстро и недорого подобрать им вариант съёмного жилья. Псевдориелтеры составляли с клиентами договор, в котором были указаны адрес квартиры, время и мобильный телефон, якобы, её владельца.
После так называемой контрольной закупки милиционеры провели обыск в офисе агентства, где и обнаружили журнал с данными потерпевших и деньги, которые брали с людей за поиск несуществующего съёмного жилья. Кроме этого, были найдены и те самые сотовые телефоны, номера которых, якобы, принадлежали хозяевам квартир. Пока, отмечают в милиции, уголовное дело возбуждено только против одной из сотрудниц жилищной конторы, но, несмотря на все собранные доказательства, девушка не желает содействовать следствию.
Если вы пострадали от действий кого-нибудь из этих людей, сотрудники милиции убедительно просят обратиться в дежурную часть.
